Took the grandkids to their favorite place. Everything was delicious. Steak was tender and shrimp very tasty. Chef did a great job. Service was great. Drinks were refilled promptly. Make a reservation because like everyone else, they have a labor shortage.
The good is good... However the restaurant itself seems cluttered with stuff that has nothing too do with a typically restaurant. There is flyers from other business, hello kitty items everywhere. It eould be more appealing if it was free of clutter and advertisements.
Very good food, we're very full, hibachi chef did good job, they played cool old funky music the whole time, good vibes
Delivery/ First time ordering here. Very impressed. The spicy tuna roll was on point. The red chili curry was pleasantly impressive, both in terms of flavor and spice (don’t be afraid of Medium spice level!). I didn’t not expect this. Would order again from here in a heartbeat.
I watched them cut up fish with their bare hands for 10 minutes at the sushi bar, Not only touching food but objects around them not re washing their hands and going back to the food. Then they tried to charge me extra for no reason. I pointed out the price they listed and they said " well we will do that for you" I left. This is the second time I had a bad experience there.
I took my 5yo daughters when they opened at 4:30pm. The hibachi area was completely empty. Each table had 6 chairs so I asked for us to sit where we could see the hibachi chef directly (not from the side angle where they tried to put us) since it was my girls' first time ever seeing the "show". They refused to sit us in the direct-sight seats despite it still be an equal number of seats left, stating "We save those for people who come later." Why do the people who come earlier get the worst seats?? After they refused two times to switch us, we simply left and went to Taqueria Tsunami (which was amazing so it didn't ruined my girls' dinner fun). I will never go back and will be sure to let others know what poor customer service I received. Rude for no reason.
I had great service. The food quality is low. Tried to eat a chicken bento box. Didn’t know you could mess up Japanese food. Would not recommend. Good luck!
My coworkers and I dined here Tuesday, 3/8/22. Let’s just say the outcome was horrible. The three of us all got sick from eating the Hibachi. I would not recommend this place.
This was the worst food I've had at an oriental restaurant. The beef yakatori I ordered resembled beef jerky on a stick. I ate half of it. The red snapper dish my wife ordered was sent back because the fish was rubbery. We thought it was overcooked, but when the replacement fish came, it was the same. Apparently it was frozen then heated up, so still rubbery. Shrimp tempura was ok as was the salidService was polite but inattentive. We had to chase down the waitress 3 times.
Poor service. We arrived at 6:24pm on a Monday and told us we would need to wait until 7:30pm to be seated…. In a empty restaurant. Totally understand if they are short staffed, but not sure if that was actually the issue. A bunch of trash sitting in the room right when you walk in. Not sure I would use bathroom here - let alone eat here. ?
