I love Freddys, their burgers have a great taste, they're always fresh and made just the way you order it. My husband loves their chili cheese hotdogs, the buns are fresh and the right length for the hotdog. The fresh made concretes and shakes are thick and creamy and their fries and onion rings are great too. Staff is always friendly and smiling. Its a great place to eat and get dessert.
There was a little bit of a wait, but not too long. The drive thru was hopping! The location is good if you're heading east on Dallas Highway. If you're heading west, there's a boulevard and you have to either catch a left on Casteel Rd or do a u-turn later. So if you don't know you're headed there, is kind of a pain to get back to it. The smell of the fries are AMAZING!!
I would give 5 stars if they served Coke products !Fresh cooked burgers, nothing precooked reheated microwaved like McD and Wendy's.Plenty of choices for add ons and both onion rings and skinny fries are great with their dipping sauces.My wife enjoys the Turtle Sundae and so do i.
I originally visited this establishment on Tuesday for the very first time and my experience was great. The team was excellent. I even visited the one in Snellville on Wednesday. My visit today at Friday 4/22 was the absolute worse. I came through the drive thru to get custards for the kids and myself bc I loved it so much . Asked for no whip cream. It was covered in it. The guy was nice and asked if it was ok for him to scrap it off. We opted for it to be remade. We pull off. There isn’t any brownie on the custards ( we ordered a brownie delight ) . I walk in to get it remade AGAIN. The young lady at the register looked at me like I had horns. The manager walks up Mikaela - the most condescending rude demeanor. I was made to feel like the nerve of me to have an issue with not getting what I paid for. Her response had no empathy and when I pointed that out to her she told me thank you and have a good day. I will never be back !!! I asked for the corporate number she told me to go locate it on the website. It truly wasn’t about money. It’s about treating customers correctly. The way the team responded today was a direct reflection of her poor leadership! It says she is the restaurant opening partner. I highly recommend she gets service training immediately!
Freddy's is not bad by any stretch of the imagination. The problem is they happened to grace the lovely city of Kennesaw, GA. That there be Culver's Town... Sorry not sorry??♂️??♀️??♀️?♂️ #BestBurgerPlaceInKennesawNotNamedCulvers?
I like this place. My food was cooked to order so it tasted hot and fresh. This place is like SnS only better! They have custard which is a nice lite sweet treat. Customer service was great. I usually get apprehensive when I see the younger generation working but this particular location the treatment I received reminded me of the chicken place known for their customer service lol. It was "my pleasure" to visit and definitely will return again.
Love this place, great Chicago dogs, just the right amount of heat from the sport peppers, bacon cheeseburgers are great, the chili cheese fries are amazing, make sure to get it in a to-go box so it doesn't make the paper soggy while your eating them. Restaurant is clean and staff is very helpful. The turtle sundaes are awesome!
My experience with Freddy's could have been better. I had to wait about 20 minutes in the drive thru. When I finally got to the window, I was handed my drink with the ice melted. I handed it back and asked if I could have some ice, that it was melted. She took the cup, took the lid off, and added the ice to the watered down drink. When she handed it back to me, it leaked all over me. What she should have done is make a new drink for me, even though I did ask for ice. Then she handed me my food while I was trying to dry off my lap and shirt. I proceeded to drive away. As I was waiting to pull out onto the road, I reached into the bag for some french fries and they were cold!! I can't tell you how sick and tired I am of getting cold food after waiting in a drive thru. The burger was lukewarm too. Why would they prepare my order ahead of the 4 cars in front of me so it could sit there for 20 minutes?? Makes no sense at all. I most likely will not go back to Freddy's for food, maybe just for dessert next time.
They make steakburgers in the style of an older Kansas City chain, Winstead's. If you love thin, crispy burgers (and killer frozen custard), this is the place. Has always been clean and well run.
