I’ve always enjoyed 5 Guys for a burger and fries. The pricing hasn’t always been the best but the food has been consistently good. So, I keep retuning and returning. One thing I wished all restaurants would let their staff know: “Do Not sweep” the floor when customers are eating. It stirs up dust, it’s unsanitary and it’s just stupid!!! Other than that - good place to eat, friendly staff and good food.
Order a bacon cheese hotdog with onions pepper mustard and ketchup. I received a hotdog without cheese, onions and instead with mushrooms and bell peppers. I don’t like mushrooms and I’m honestly glad I’m not allergic. The worker seem to not really care whether he got the orders right or not. I’ve been here twice but won’t be returning any time soon.
Love their burgers but didn’t know they don’t bring order out to car anymore. So I sat there and waited when I found out they don’t bring order to you and got my food it was cold?
Excellent Five Guys location in Marietta. Super clean and friendly staff and the food came right out, nice and hot and fresh. Love Five Guys and I Most certainly will be back soon!
Wow, bad day for Five Guys today…online order for two plain cheeseburgers took over twenty minutes and the regular fries were served as small fries (did not realize until I got home). Like I said, bad day today - hopefully this is a one day miss, because the Five Guys name should not be sullied.
Hamburger was delicious. Fries were really salty. Service was a bit slow. I expected more for $17.
Not as good as I remember. Service was mediocre and had to ask for a table to be cleaned.
I went to this location today (Veterans Day). They were super busy. I did not check my order in the restaurant bc I had my 2 year old losing it... When I got half way home I checked order and my fries were super small. I called the restaurant and spoke to a young lady named Riley she was courteous and asked me to come back and they made me a new order of fries. I appreciate them fixing my order without any hesitation!
So over this place. We order maybe twice per month and very rarely are our orders correct. Perhaps the third out of sixth orders where there’s no Cajun seasoning on our fries and the burgers show up over cooked and cold. Such a disappointment considering how expensive this place is. I love Five Guys but this location absolutely sucks.
Great customer service. Nice menu selection. I LOVE the bags of potatoes. Down side, prices are a tad bit high for these post pandemic times
