This place has great food and really nice folks who work there. I go to First Watch often and at different times of the day -- I have never had to wait for a table. There are 10+ breakfast choices that are delicious.
HORRIBLE LOCATION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!I ordered a superfood bowl. Very simple. I was told it would be ready 5-10 min. I got there in 5. I was with my 9 month old for 40 MINUTES! After I got there, a lady quickly took my payment and left.Not one person checked but kept looking. A bag behind the register was sitting there. Finally, After asking help from 2 people someone helped me. They couldn’t find it, then at the end to be told that was the bag. I asked for a refund as I had been waiting and I’m not taking old food, no one helped and I have been told a “manager” will call. It’s only $13 and some change but it’s the fact of the matter.Not only that but ordered this weekend and got wrong order completely.I like the food but this is NOT WORTH IT! Save your money or go to other locals that care about treating customers with respect.
With a few of these restaurants in our area, I have always wanted to visit one. This visit was my first experience at a first watch and it was at a recently opened location also. The restaurant was spotless and was well decorated. You could see the kitchen from where I was sitting and it also was extremely clean. The staff was friendly and urgent to take care of me while I was there. The food was excellent. Eggs cooked exactly how I ordered them, The ingredients were all fresh and the recipe was put together well.I was also able to accomplish some work as they have available Wi-Fi for their customers. Thank you thank you thank you for caring about what you do. The reflection was everywhere from the moment I walked in the door until I said goodbye.
They need better managementI got in the waiting list, I arrived still had to wait another hour, ok fine. But once we got a table, it was 40 min till we got our food. Once the food arrived it wasn’t hot the. Honestly not a good experience for me and my family
This has become our FAVORITE place to brunch! From delicious hot coffee, breakfast tacos, million dollar bacon, fresh green salad and pulled pork carnitas omelette! We love bringing guests here because they always love the service and the fresh options! The standbys are so good (warm and melty ham and Gruyère on brioche, cheese grits, chia pudding with fresh berries and blackberry reduction and avocado toast or almond butter on whole grain thick sliced fresh bread) but the seasonal offerings are mouth watering. Portions are on point, and the staff is friendly and accommodating! Value for freshness and selections!
Delicious food and wonderful staff! Really enjoy that we can get in the wait queue on their website and then show up when our table is ready.
Food was good and fresh. Service was friendly. Clean restaurant. Best avocado toast I’ve ever had. My daughter’s skillet was pretty basic, but stil good. Can’t wait to go back and try the other menu items.
Service was great (props to our server, Brianna) and the food was excellent. Loved the pork carnitas burrito - so good!
Could be a good breakfast place (location, service, ambience), however food (Smoked Salmon Egg Benedict) was cold and skimped on ingredients (Salmon), mine had homeopathic shreds in the middle. Compared to their own online menu pictures where smoked salmon is layered fully under the eggs. For ca. $14 plus tip, I expected a bit more.
I will definitely go back! The staff are very friendly. The food was worth the wait.
