Currently at firehouse now… we love this place first off! However the jerk behind the counter is rude and disrespectful to the other associates not sure if he is the manager but if he is he’s terrible. He kept yelling at everyone saying well u will just have to wait everyone had the same idea you did… ana and the other young man were very polite even apologized for how he was speaking to everyone. He was the older man with the horrible attitude that should learn how to talk to people…
Always love their sandwiches and look forward to coming again soon!
It took 25min to make 2 sandwiches (kids grilled cheese and med Italian). A lot of people were standing around waiting for their meals. The CocaCola Freestyle machine was out of all diet drinks. The manager refused to fix it or offer a canned diet drink as a replacement.
Walk in order was ready pretty quickly despite them being quite busy. Club on a sub was delicious and ample for 2 persons. My Scottish name was a nightmare for the staff but they got close.
I'm giving 1 star because I received food.Come visit this location if you want proof that investment in robots is where it's headed....or should be! The staff acts like they close at 8:00 pm, not 9:00 pm (came at 8:35 pm). The passing of the vape pen in the center of the restaurant (visible from outside) is a nice touch too!Customers hear and see everything!
I had injured my hand and I ajd previously worked at this location so I went to clean my hand up knowing I had friends there but one of the employees started treating me and my friend disrespectfully he kept telling at us saying we weren't allowed in there threatening to call the manager and the police when he had no power to do so.
I love the food but every time I come during operating hours they close early so they don’t have to deal with customers, I’ve gone 3 times and the doors have been closed early…
Literal Neanderthals please don’t waste your time cause they’ll double it. starting acting hostile over a Uber eats order then gave me the silent treatment. Just childish.
Sandwiches were made as ordered. Did a call ahead pick up, and the order was ready at the appointed time. The sandwiches were very good.
Sandwiches are good. Service needs improvement. I understand places are short handed. You still need employees who will speak clearly. Sunday at 7PM
