I went to this location a few weeks ago. I ordered a turkey sandwich, and to my surprise there was no actual turkey on the sandwich. I decided to give this location another try. I was told immediately upon entering that there would be a 15 minute minimum wait time upon ordering. 15 minutes for a fast food restaurant?? I will take my business to other fast food establishments where they literally make the food as I order. Sorry, but I won't be back.

I usually go to subway. Decided to try something different. Terrible! Sandwhich said the cheese melted so I assumed it would be hot. Sandwhich was cold with meat slapped on it. Poor customer service. I couldn't find the correct door. Once inside, a woman was sweeping. She didn't greet me nor did the person preparing the sandwiches. The girl sweeping the floor told me to have a nice day as I was leaving. Best part of the sandwhich was the pickle. I think I will stick with subway.

Food always fresh and good. Never a long wait

The staff gave excellent customer service ??, and the sandwiches and cookies were fresh and delicious.?

Asked for mayonnaise only , no mustard ~ tasted mustard and complained & the kid tore my sandwich apart then handed it back to me and stated he didn't see any mustard ~ I threw the mess away, I was thoroughly disgusted with this Firehouse in Marietta, Ga

Young lady over the phone tried telling me it was Door Dash’s fault they didn’t put chips in the bag.

The food, the servers & the atmosphere is tremendous!. I Highly recommend there delicious sandwiches & soups!

The owner/manager was working and advised there would be an extended wait due to the order volume. He gave this warning to everyone coming in. In a day and time when most folks would take your money and then give you the bad news, I got respect for this guy and will definitely be going back. Great food as usual.

The subs have gotten smaller and the pickle usually comes in a bag; not this time. I guess because it's all dried up. Definitely disappointed. This was one of my favorite places.Update: They have contacted me and offered to make it right. I hope to update with a good review.

Have always loved firehouse subs, not only the food, but also the customer service. I have been too this location twice. The first time I placed my order, the woman at the counter turned and asked the man making sandwiches how long the wait was he said 15 minutes, at which time I left, customer service was not great, I chocked it of to just a bad day, maybe some people called in sick, so I left and ate somewhere else. I went back today, and when I got to the counter to place my order and the woman at the counter just stood there looking at me , like I just killed her dog. I told her what I wanted, a large Italian. She stood there a second, and asked me a large Italian? I said yes, she turned to her left and asked the man how long the wait was, he said 15 minutes, without even looking up. I left and will never go back to this location. I will continue to eat at firehouse, but definitely not here.
