Tried ordering in the drive through. Someone answered once, when we pulled up to window to pay no one was there. It was spooky.
This is what’s considered with milk and sugar!!!WRONG, same coffee everyday and for a week they FAIL. Back to Starbucks, rather spend a lil extras for what I ordered.You ask for a remake The coffee will be put into another cup with extra ice or sugar added
Amazing service. I got my order incorrectly however they were very kind and changed it and even gave me an extra which was absolutely amazing. Extremely kind and made my day a lot better
This specific store always disappoints me .No matter the time ,month .They are always short of products and this time they are not in a mood to warm the sandwich ?. WON'T GO THERE AGAIN .
Mainly a drive through. No ordering at counter. Need to use the order board to place the order. Better off staying in car and using drive through or go to a larger store.
This was my first rime visiting a drive thru dunking. I had to order a dozen of the glazed donuts which I always prefer but was disappointed as they were dry and did not appear fresh. The place was nice and clean from the outside and hence I took a chance. May be it was a wrong time to visit or a wrong day but may not buy donuts from this location again.
It's pretty bad when you order $37 worth of beverage and food, and they still want to charge for a cup of water. No other Dunkin' Donuts does that.
My neighborhood Dunkin, fast and friendly. Please be patient when you see younger people working; they are breaking into the workforce. I love it!
Walked in was NOT greeted the entire time i was there. The girl had decent customer service to the drive thru but for me, not. After about 4 mins i had to ask them did they even receive my order from the kiosk... because the lady nor the Manager even Acknowledged me.... like at all. The girl looked like she just rolled out of bed... that is pretty gross making peoples food, to have on BAGGY SWEATPANTS, and Sherpa sweater.... literally like she just rolled out of bed. Bagel wasnt good either, mentioned it to a coworker and they said the entire office doesnt go to the Dunkin on barret because of their lack of customer service. Ill go down the street to the other dunkin from now on.
Ordered coffee and stuff bagel minis! Couldn’t believe they were still frozen after I had to wait 15 mins to get my order. I was shocked and when she brought them out to my car she was very nonchalant. I don’t even bother going there anymore! Waste of time
