A lot of the sprinkle donuts were only halfway, if that, covered with sprinkles. The women’s restroom doesn’t have a baby changing station, a hook to hang your purse, or a trash can for feminine products.
Horrible service. Made us wait in drive through line for more than 20 mins and it wasn’t packed. Order came out wrong. Staff is disorganized and rude.
I bought three Donuts that were supposed to have a filling inside and when I went to eat them, there was next to nothing when it came to the filling - not even a mouthful. Dunkin Donuts for the last couple of years has been going downhill as far as I'm concerned. What a waste of my money. This is not my first bad experience with a Dunkin Donuts and I go to different locations all the time. I'm done with Dunkin Donuts.
VERY slow. Sat in drive through for 10 minutes and they forgot that they told me to pull forward. Had to ask me what I ordered again. Had to wait quite some time to to get that order. They then gave me half of my order. waited to get the rest. Honestly I’m scared to eat it. The women were screaming inside. Not sure what drama was going on in there.Edited to say: I never received the other half of my order. I had to get to work. Terrible experience
The staff is generally very helpful and friendly.Would be 5 stars if the lobby was cleaner.
Nice Dunkin, only issues I saw was there is not changing table or purse hook in the women's restroom. Coffee was great and nice employees.
I go me and my mom I order 1 tea and 1 espresso coffee 6 o more employ dance front the costumer 0 professional. So the lady make my order put my coffee inside the my mom tea I not see in my life espresso coffee inside the tea.the investitore the thi location need change employ and maintenance clean because very nasty
They run out of the good donuts most mornings by 9, and if I ask for 10 assorted munchkins, I get a handful of 3 types…so no assortment. I’m not one to complain, so I’ve definitely tried a bunch of times, but it’s really annoying that donuts are like…the one thing that should be available for purchase……at a Dunkin’ Donuts.
Worst place ever asked for everything with double the meat, they never gave it to me and charged me for it, asked for an ice coffee, charged me and never gave it to me. Wrong orders everytime.
The only bright spot was the young lady behind the counter. There were more phones out by employees that donuts on the shelf. I waited for 15 minutes for 2 hashbrowns and an ice coffee.
