Everytime I go they are out of something and I was supposed to get a refund for an order I placed with Apple Pay and I never got it. Not very good customer service and the same older lady is always crabby.
Adrian and tiana were amazing and they always welcome me with positive attitude and smile. They are very patient and helpful and I believe they deserve a raise
Flew in for a Vanilla Frozen Coffee drink. It was great!!!I had a long look at the doughnuts. I was strong... But I won't be for long!
Overall good. I’ve stopped at this Dunkin On my way to the doctors about 3/4 times now & they do not disappoint. They read your order back to ensure accuracy & they actually give you a piece of toast worth the 4.99 it cost. The staff are always pleasant & welcoming
Donut rack where pretty much empty on Sunday morning. Very poor customer service. I had online order and waited 15 mins for refund. They had a look as though they are doing a favor refunding even though it was due to having no selections.
I can't say enough good things about this location and my girls that kill the morning rush every morning with a smile. I have an extremely demanding and high stress job and most of the time the highlight of my day is having it start off with my dunkin' I pass 3 coffee shops on my way and no matter the line I use my app and wait to see them. It really sets the tone of my day and that first sip is like heaven. My world does run on dunkin!
Warm bacon, not cold...that was the customers request. I can definitely take my daily requests and money back to Starbucks. 611 Johnson Ferry Road employees were super unaccomodating and act like cold back is a thing. Don't argue sis...not a good look.
Came back to upgrade my review from 3 to 5 stars. I've visited this location many times in the last few years and they have steadily improved and mostly resolved the complaints I've had. I get the sourdough breakfast sandwiches often and the signature lattes are nice and indulgent when you're in that mood. They still mistakenly give me bacon instead of turkey sausage every once in a while, but it's rare, as in once every 3-4 months, and they couldn't be more nice about replacing it quickly if I go back. They work hard at this location, so I wanted to come pay my respects and upgrade the rating.
Worst Dunkin in Marietta PERIOD Breakfast Sandwich was not warm at all & my frozen Latta had no flavor at all taste like crush ice that it! yuck NEVER AGAIN
Dirty, horrible service, never in stock, staff couldn't care less about customers. This Dunkin has no donuts to speak of. Staff will just stare at the customers as they come in
