Was not a great experience. Doughnuts left uncovered on the counter and flies were flying on the food. No one came to take our order for over 7 minutes, we heard the employees in the back joking and left.
I order a triple shot espresso almost everyday at this location and i received one today, and there was a small tiny amount, I only had one inside clearly. So I called and explained and they said the measurements were changed??
Love it, but you have to go early for better selection.
I came to Dunkin with my friends a few times. The food is great, but the employees do not care about what customers do in the store. There were high schoolers vaping and doing skateboard tricks in the store and the employees didn’t stop to say anything or kick them out. They were also jumping on chairs and over tables. The employees saw them and didn’t care. I think this is very unacceptable as people are trying to eat in a peaceful environment.
I came with my friends and I had to repeat my order multiple times while the store was quiet. Also there were kids vaping and doing kickflips on their skateboard in the store, they were also jumping on chairs and over tables and the employees did nothing about it. Not to mention there is a middle school where kids walk to Dunkin and sixth graders who do not need this kind of influence.
Very busy location and good customer service. Good fresh coffee and good choices of donuts. However, my wife wanted an old fashioned cake donut and they didn't have it.
I'm just wondering why it is that when I showed up 15 minutes before close (thought they closed at 10 but went at 8:45) the cashier looked at me through the window took off the headset and turned off the lights and would not acknowledge meLike i wouldnt be so upset had she said "sorry we're closed" or "sorry we dont have anything left" but she just ignored me altogether?
While my order was correct and quickly prepared, it wasn't good. The donuts seemed like they were stale and old, the toasted bagel was black on the inside from being burnt and my sons pancakes were chewy at best.
Frequent go thru. Staff is great. Coffee is bestRog
This location is TERRIBLE. if you expect to be in and out of the drive thru in under 20 mins with your actual correct order, go somewhere else. Everyone here is rude too.
