Apparently 11am is not a good time to eat here. It gets 2 stars for hot coffee though not much flavor. The breakfast sandwiches tasted reheated and the potato hash browns tasted good but the bag was only 25% filled unlike the picture.. about 5 little potato nuggets. The pastries were stale. And the restrooms were out of order.
The worst Dunkin’ Donuts around. Customer service sucks and they never get a basic order right. Lazy and they get an attitude when u ask for whipped cream and caramel. On top of raising the prices smh.
This location is the worst Dunkin’ you can go to. Poor customer service. The drive through is a nightmare. It’s narrow and the speaker is broken. I can’t speak for dine in experience or over the counter service. But I came up with a new rule for life. If a Dunkin’ looks like an abandoned wood cabin, RUN!
This location used to be a bright spot for Dunks in the area, but my, how the mighty have fallen. My last two visits were less than ideal.Specifically, my last visit left me with an iced latte that was a drain pour and food that was below expectations. My butter pecan decaf iced latte looked more like an iced tea. It was watered down, lacking in milk, tasted overly bitter and the flavoring was just a background component. If I had to guess, they likely didn't have decaf in the latte machine so, instead, just used syrup and a little milk in a decaf iced coffee (watered down due to pouring the hot coffee on the ice).My food was also subpar, even for Dunks. The English muffin from my sandwich was very burnt on the edges, yet somehow the cheese wasn't melted in the middle and the egg was just barely warm. The donut I ordered smelled and tasted like it had been stored in a musty, dirty fridge for the better part of a week or more. So that went directly in the trash.Seems like all of the local Dunks are failing in most areas. This New England kid may have to move to Starbucks full time.
Went to this location this morning for the first time. What I ordered was a hot caramel latte with oat milk. I was told oat milk was out so I accepted almond instead. When I got on the highway I realized what I got was one of THE WORSE cups of plain old ordinary coffee that I’ve ever had. That was almost TWO hours ago & I’m STILL trying to finish it. ☹️ Two stars for quick service.
I came here early for breakfast and ordered an ice matcha latte , I come here again in the evening and Now they don’t know or understand what a matcha latte is , she completely gave me the wrong drink the first time , i proceeded to correct her the first time tLETTING her know I got the wrong item and if she could please get me a GREEN TEA MATCHA LATTE and this women gave me the worst drink ever , she at least got the color of the matcha BUT IT WASNT MATCHA IT was an expresso shot and the green part on the bottom not sweetened or creamer just plain dark expresso shot with a lime green color :) thanks for my disgusting drink
Zero stars. Zero!!!! This location is near my job and I go here with the expectation of getting my food in a timely manner, but that’s NEVER the case. The employees DO NOT LIKE TO WORK, they are rude and disrespectful and they don’t take care of their customers. Either close this location down or hire hard working employees. If you don’t like working at a fast food place find something else. EVERYBODY and is hiring right now. ?
The employees are not customer service oriented they don’t listen well and do not take accountability… the one closer to me is closed down temporarily and I can definitely see a difference in the staff. They continually mess up my order here. I can’t even be mad at them I’m really upset at the person who hired them. I’m pretty sure that during the interview you could tell that they weren’t customer service oriented people. I can’t wait to the Dunkin on South Cobb opens back up. I normally go to the one by Wendy’s on South Cobb they are super friendly my coffee always taste great and the service is impeccable please hire a better staff to actually like do with this type of work & can communicate & smile back at people. I told the girl my coffee was wrong this morning and she legit says oh I’m sorry I wasn’t the one who made it and walks back of the store lol crazy
Honestly the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. & NOT just once, but on a CONSISTENT basis… they never fail to disappoint! It’s on my daily commute to work so I stop normally about 2-3x per week, and they’re ALWAYS out of something! Always. The service is subpar. Very condescending or sluggish tones…. always rushing to take your order which in turn makes you feel like it’s an inconvenience for us (the paying customers) to order multiple items. I mean they act as if they don’t want to be there so naturally it reflects through their work and their tones and their facial expressions…. just a POOR way to start a day! POOR ENERGY. POOR VIBES…. Drinks are just ehhhh okay… I went once around 3pm to get a donut and the lady told me they were out, and if I wanted to get the good stuff I would need to come earlier….. As if they’re not open until 9 pm daily ? …. but I just took that as a sign that I didn’t need to be eating a donut at 3pm lol …. but honestly, this location is the worst I’ve experienced. It’s either poor management or a low budget…. Either way they will not be getting another dollar from me. Save your time, money, and frustration and drive 5 mins up the road to the Powers Ferry DD location. MUCH better service. MUCH more polite. The lattes taste MUCH BETTER because they’re not carrying the energy of resentment all day…. & That is the type of energy we all need. ? Howell Mill is also much better! I can’t speak for other areas of Atlanta…. good luck!
This location is hit or miss. More miss than hit, but its convenient. Service is never prompt and if it is, the order is wrong. Ive wasted so much money on the wrong items and not wanting to deal with the inconvenience of another poor experience. Ive seen the manager touching her face and nose and continuing to complete orders, ive heard the staff arguing with each other. Two stars because when the coffee order is done right. Its right, but more often than not, yea...its terrible
