I go to this location 2-3 times per week, and every time a white lady with brunette hair that looks to be in her early 30’s is at the drive thru window, there’s some sort of issue. One time she complained that I put in my mobile order too late (I place it before I even pulled into the parking lot). Another time she said it wasn’t her fault that she gave away my mobile order because I placed the order too early. Another time she refused to give me a refund for discontinued products that I ordered thru the app, and when I asked for another item of equal value so I could eat something for breakfast, she refused. This unnamed woman really has an issue with the app, so I take my business elsewhere now.
I used to come here every other morning. That no longer happens after the racial experience I went through there!
It's a combination Baskin-Robbins Dunkin donuts. Place is fantastic. Every time I've been here, staff are so friendly, have never messed up my order. They make the drinks perfect.
I hardly got any bacon on my bacon avocado toast,priced at $5, why are they being stingy. My coffee had more sugar than what I asked for. While I was at the store. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if he would kindly warm up the snakin bacon and then the manager came over and told me they are not allowed to do it. I explained I get sick when I eat it cold. I understand the protocol but if I'm a paying customer asking for a 5second warm up, why am I being argued with. EVERY VISIT there's always an issue here. Instead of arguing with a customer just take the 5seconds to burn my bacon so I can leave happy. ALSO don't be stingy on the bacon avocado, if we're paying for it.
We were greeted by a gentleman with a great personality. He was interested in helping us have a pleasant experience. We got donuts and ice cream. The staff was awesome! I would recommend this Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins to anyone.
I asked for a croissant sandwich with no egg. I get to work. It's a BAGEL WITH ONLY EGG. What if that was my twelfth reason.
I went through the drive through at 9:15am today. The rude little cashier practically threw my change at me.
I do not know what has happened in the past few months, the service has gone to an all time low. I went to this dunkin almost everyday and I am very sad to say I will no longer. Today when getting my daily iced coffee I wasn't greeted at the speaker box and had to sit there waiting for a good bit of time, sadly this is quite usual for this store, then once I received my order and went to drink it I noticed a DEAD FLY IN MY DRINK! I went to another dunkin on my way to work and they said to call the store I got the drink from but when I tried to call and contact the store about this issue they did not answer the phone, I called three times.
Wife, on Valentine's day, asked if they had heart shaped donuts on Valentine's day. They said yes on Valentine's day. She ordered heart shaped donuts on Valentine's day.
