Went through the drive thru just fine and was told to wait for part of our order. 10 minutes go by with nothing. Go inside they weren't even working on our order they didn't even remember us paying for it. When we get it, it's the wrong order! They weren't busy multiple employees just kinda sitting around behind the counter, no urgency whatsoever.Ended up paying for a SECOND order. Just to get my food. 20 mins overall.
I went and ordered a frozen chocolate and two sausage and cheese biscuits. They said they didn’t have frozen chocolates at this location so I asked for a regular hot chocolate and they told me they didn’t have anything chocolate so I just got a dragonfruit refresher with lemonade and the two sausage and cheese biscuits. The biscuits were hard and dry as anything and didn’t have cheese the sausage was leather like it was sitting there all day. I usually never have a bad experience at dunkin but this location has done me dirty twice now!
Waited 30 minutes for the wrong coffee, after having told 3 people the same order over and over again, wasn’t even complicated, and it was the worse coffee I have had in my entire life. I have no idea what they put in it but it did not taste like sugar.
Not well run. All their resources (6 employees at the time) are on the drive thru and don’t even look up to say hello or attempt to serve anyone in the dining room. I walked out. They only get 3 stars because I’ve used this drive thru before and it was fine
I drive out of my way just for this location. My iced macchiatos are always made just right, and their donuts are freshly made daily.
Great coffee and drive through does it for me everyday. The workers that actually show up here are great! So thank you guys!
Cashier had one car at window.Never acknowledge me at speaker so pull off to the side the car behind me pull speaker is answer with in 30 second I continue to sit . dt cashier eating in drive thru drinking on cell phone. I decided to leave . if this store was shopped they would have fell.
Good and prompt service. Our coffees were somewhat hot but within an acceptable range. Would return
Some of the staff is really friendly, but when I ordered my ice coffe I noticed the young lady who was preparing it , had those very long acrylic nails. I am not opposed to those or saying that it’s a bad idea but she wasn’t even wearing any gloves . It is a different story when it comes to handling your food , it’s a sanitary issue and it can be very dirty. I work in the customer service industry and I’ve worked in the food industry and I would’ve never had been able to get away with that .
Messed up my coffee order cashier was rude. The only good person is Melvin he always get my coffee right and remakes it when someone messed it up which is often unless I go in and he sees myself or husband
