Each donut is made to order so it takes a little time. However, it’s completely worth it. The maple bacon is to die for! And the staff is friendly as well.
My order was ready to go in spite of taking awhile to get there. The male employee who gave me my order offered to help. I accepted because my grandson, who was with me, is on the Spectrum and requires I hold his hand. The employee (I wish I had gotten his name) helped carry my order and, I assume, stayed to make sure I got Grandbaby settled.These donuts are a huge hit with my family members who had never experienced Duck Donuts before, btw. We'll be there more frequently than our waistbands would like - lol.
Excellent donuts but mostly excellent service!There were 2 guys at front that helped us and treat us so nicely.Also, the hygiene is amazing! They washed their hand for 20 second and they followed all the guidelines.

Good donuts that are made to order with a choose your own topping and glazes menu, great taste and texture. At 2$ per donut it gets expensive quickly so have a budget if you want to grab a dozen. Coffee was not very good about on par with Starbucks medium roast, same burnt flavor quality.
The donuts here are a must for any donut lover. The donuts are made to order, meaning there is a donut machine that creates the donut ring when you order then it is hand iced and topped to your specifications. The donut is served warm which means it tastes unlike any donut I've ever had. The only option for the donut base is a cake donut (no yeast-rise donuts here) but it is a lighter, fluffier cake than I am used to from other donut shops. Because there are so many topping options and each donut is made to spec, the ordering process can get long for large orders with long lines at even moderately busy times. The pricing is also refreshingly flat at $2 per donut with discounts for 12 or more. The donuts are great and it's impossible to leave without considering what you will order the next time.
