I'm not ashamed to admit that my husband and I love to do our date nights at Dave & Buster's. As a couple with no kids, we're silly and carefree enough that arcades are one of the best ways for us to let loose. We've come to this Dave & Buster's a few times, and in most recent months, it's clear that this location is making an effort to heavily improve its game. The dining area has received a huge refresh, and they've acquired a lot of fresh new games. I was most impressed with the prize area. We generally don't play for prizes because most D&B's tend to have really tacky toys and knickknacks. But the last time we were here, there were all kinds of neat and practical things that even adults could get into (face masks, tech gadgets, double-walled coolers, cooking tools). We instead opted to use our tickets toward an entree and appetizers (yes! Did you know that was possible?!), and the food was just all right. The pepperoni flatbread was a little soft on the bottom, but I appreciated that our server went all the way to the back to fulfill our request for hot chili pepper flakes. As a non-meat eater, I also appreciated that they let us swap the patty of a burger for a Lightlife veggie patty for a slight upcharge. The service at the bar can be a little touch and go, especially on half-price Wednesdays when the workers there are getting overwhelmed. More than once, my husband and I felt bad for the workers who were clearly frustrated by impatient, aggressive, or demanding customers. That aside, we always have a good time when we come, and we're eager to see what new games will be there next. In fact, the last time we went, we noticed an entire rear section being opened up. More games = more fun!

Upon arriving at 10:45 a.m., 15 minutes before they opened on Sunday, there was someone sleeping and making sure the presentation at the front entrance was good and clean. This was out first time at this D&B location. They opened the doors 2 minutes early. We were directed to the games right away - lots of space inside to play, eat, drink and be merry. Some of the game did not work right away when you tapped them, but otherwise we had a lot of fun.The sweet tea was on point! The lemon pepper wings were too salty. My wife's burger was good; though it did not really have any taste to it. I ordered a full rack of ribs with mashed potatoes and french fries. The mashed potatoes were okay. The french fries are okay. The ribs seemed overcooked, but I still ate them because it was tender inside when cut. Everything was fine until my wife noticed a hair baked into the side of the ribs. We alerted the manager and he swiftly aided us with our situation. Everything was made right and we checked out.Hopefully this was a one-off issue. Might attempt to check this location out again, but not anytime soon I believe.

Upon entering there is a little confusion as to where to go to get service. Once we were greeted, our waitress Joey was so sweet and attentive. We ordered only an appetizer and it was really good. She also loaded a card for us to start playing games. The games were in pretty good condition with minimal to no technical difficulties. I had fun with my boyfriend! However, the staff on the floor and the staff in the gift shop seem a bit unprofessional. The place is loud and they don't speak up, some have an attitude, they are not very welcoming, they don't acknowledge your needs or seem like they are happy to be there. They were so different from our waitress, she just set such a great expectation. Also, when it came time to redeem our tickets (466 tickets) we decided on a shot glass that was 450 tickets. My bf and I decided that we should both have one so we'll just buy one. The lady at the register said we had to buy tickets in order to get the item. That's fine but I assumed that we could make that ticket transaction right there at the gift shop. The lady guided us all the way to the front of the gaming area in order to buy a small amount of tickets for $6 so we could redeem them for the second shot glass. I think it would make it easier for the employees if they were able to do that at the gift shop but maybe for the purchase of redeeming? Overall, it was a fun experience!

This place has really good food, however I hate having to order and pay from the phone. It makes it where the waitress doesn't come around and get refills and if I want to order additional drinks, we had to hunt someone down to pay the rest. I wish the games worked. We wasted so much money on the Star trek coin pusher! I loaded it up and the coins ran out so someone had to come try to fix it but it ran out of coins a few minutes later. Then we got someone else to fix it and he went in from the top and pushed all the cards back to the end so all the work I had done was for nothing. We just left the game because it made us so mad. Also, my favorite game was out the last time I was there: tailgate toss. Zombie snatcher was also broken. We got the 500 ticket puck in the slot but it wouldn't go down. It got lodged. Turns out, there was already one lodged in there prior. Luckily, someone was able to come fix it finally and we got our points this time. The bathroom was out of toilet paper, so I had to use toilet seat covers to wipe myself with.

Ordered food, took forever. Ordered drinks before the food. Had to ask for drinks 3x. My original drink went to the wrong table, she brings it back to my table. The bar tender did not know how to make it. The drink came (blood orange Paloma) looked nothing like that the advertisement. Looked like pink lemonade on ice. Sent it back. The server asked me if I want yes something else, I selected another drink. I am now sitting here, finished eating…. Still don’t have my drink. There’s a ton of people waking around, 3 servers taking orders. The place is a whole mess. Construction everywhere (red flag). Limited games. Dining area busy with a bunch of nothing going on.I would recommend that you come when they are fully staffed, completely open and food and drinks are timely. This was a terrible experience.**You should probably know how to make the items on the menu. This experience felt like a soft opening with a bunch of people who don’t really know what to do. Don’t recommend. 2/10

Me and my husband went here last night we played games sat at the bar drink were awesome and didn’t have to wait long for our food

the game was good, Food was great. However I wasn’t too happy with food sever Key, she was very unprofessional about how she handled customers. She was standing up and doing nothing when I look for her she was acting like she didn’t hear me. I was very unhappy about how she treated the customer very differently from another customer. Take me at least an hour to order my food and not a lot of people weren’t seating either. I hope this misbehavior could fix.

D&B food is great. I was craving a burger so I tried their beast mode bacon burger well done and it was perfect! The strawberry shortcake is to die for! They are renovating but the bar, pool tables, and arcade are open. It’s a fun place to eat and play, they close late and give 15% military discount off food everyday!

What fun we had! Our party was from ages 4 months to 88 years. The atmosphere, the games, the screens for football was fantastic. Yes we will return. As expected with so many children as guest, the bathroom was messy. The food servers was friendly. The wait time we received our food & drinks was 30-45 minutes.

Upon entering the building, there was no information or employees to tell us where to go. It was our first time there, so we didn't know anything. Finally, I walked to the counter and asked one of the ladies what we were supposed to do next. She was very helpful and we bought four, sixty dollar game cards. Next we stood in line to grab a bite to eat. The line was going both ways, so there was friction amongst everyone. Finally, almost 30 minutes later we got to the desk and the lady told us that she would text us when a tablet was ready. So we went to the gaming area, and it was packed. We went to the bar and ordered drinks, which were delicious. We played for about 30 minutes, before our table was ready. We were seated and told to use the QR code to order our food. The total was 120.00 between the four of us. We received our food, cold, not cooked fully and just all around NOT what we were expecting. We had no condiments, silverware, napkins or drinks. We had to ask the lady who seated us, for forks. We asked her "Where. is our server?" she told us she would go get her. She came to the table and said that "she said she would come if she felt like it" Now that is why you got one star Dave & Busters!! We left IMMEDIATELY! Horrible experience and to make matters worse, we all still have fully loaded cards for an establishment we won't be going back to. I hate with a passion we spent so much money and didn't have a good time. Date Night RUINED????
