Don’t really eat Dairy Queen that much, but the few times that I have had the craving for a blizzard, this was my go to location. Each time the staff has been very pleasant in the drive thru. The food has been great as well. I like how they have been hanging in there thru some hard times With staffing, just as many restaurants have. So I don’t complain if the drive theu is slow, they are doing doing a great job considering it all
This was one of the worst experiences I ever had at this location TERA COLE is a very disrespectful employee who needs her job title rethought. I had an issue with my order came in to politely and respectfully speak to a manger and she told me there was no one I could speak to at all and basically shut me out from getting the service I needed . I recommend this location but I do not recommend getting service from TERA COLE .
Came in at 4:45 and stood at the counter for 10 minutes until I had to ask to be helped. Sullen girl took my order, then I waited another 10 min for my order to be filled.
Since when? does a peanut buster parfait made with chopped peanuts??? I only had 4 whole peanuts at the bottom, lol. Driven too far to turn back, I guess I should stick to my regular store!
Already having a bad day and the last thing I wanted was to come home to eat and not have gravy as my dipping sauce. There was only one car in front of us so they weren’t busy and only ordered one meal. Really disappointed considering the gravy is my favorite dipping sauce here?

Great cheerful young lady took my order at the drive thru. She was kind enough to help me decide on a blizzard and a couple cheeseburgers. It's great to see customer service and friendliness these days. So many businesses are struggling for good help. This Dairy Queen has got a great vibe.
Slow, slow service with no one else at the restaurant. Employees not very friendly - hamburger was not cooked well. Fries were good though
