This was my first time ever going to a Cracker Barrel ever and I wanna say this will probably be my last we had a server that was clearly on drugs took 30 mins for water than another 40 mins for food than the only thing hot was the pan cakes

Food was prepared well and in a timely manner. Atmosphere was really nice and staff smiled and were very nice. Will definitely stop here again when traveling by the restaurant or near by.

was long waiting for them to clean off table but the service was great and prices are so reasonable loved the food

Party of 7 on a Monday evening/night. Staff was amazing. Catered to our every need (as we are picky eaters). Strawberry mimosas were amazing. Sweet tea was good and southern sweet . Food was on point...for all 7 of us. Forgot to bring 2 salads before dinner would be our only complaint...which really is not. :)

I've been to this location many times before and I've always had great service, great food even when they were short staff, they were still great but when I went earlier this week everything was great except for one thing, the Orange juice it tasted water down. I don't know if they change suppliers or if they home brew it but it just wasn't good. Hopefully they can fix it in the near future because I will be returning sometime within the next month or so.

The restaurant itself was a 5. It was clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. If you plan on pulling your RV in and staying for the night like we did, I'd think twice. Drug dealer and addicts walking through the parking lots all hours of the day and night, gunshots, sirens, people partying in the hotel parking lots. Very sketchy. But, for a spot to eat, it's good. Just park toward the front

Ordered our food to go. Order was complete. Location was clean and manager was really working hard. We arrived close to closing but they were gracious to make our order anyway!

Terrible place to eat. First we had to wait for a waitress who finally noticed us and said she would be back. Wile waiting people where asking to speak to a manager or walking out. When she finally returned she advised it is a 30 min wait for food. Took 20 minutes for cornbread but had no silverware. Heard her continually apologizing to customers. Finally had to ask someone else for her to bring silverware. Out of everything we wanted to order. 30 minutes later got food that we didn’t order. This whole time people are complaining about food or service. Very stressful dinning and food was not even close to good. This place needs some serious restructuring!!!!

Not a great experience for Curbside pick up. I waited 35 minutes and had to make two phones calls inside the restaurant. When I got home, I was missing a side I paid $3 for. I called to restaurant and they did credit the missing side. The manager was nice and apologized for my experience. I assume the issue is under staffing so I would probably give them a second chance. But, if you are in a hurry, not sure I would try this location at this moment.

the order was all wrong the food was cold and we never saw a manager. The waitress was great but eggs cooked wrong cold hashbrowns wrong type of pancakes and had to ask for coffee refill. The manager just walked around looking lost and I never saw her visit a table. You would think that the manager would come and talk with us but nope
