Drove an half an hour to get the food and half an hour back only to start eating a sad excuse for a quesadilla; virtually no chicken, very little cheese and no sauce. Thinnest quesadilla I’ve ever eaten in my 30 years of existence.
The layout of this location is horrible. You can't park without waiting in the drive-thru line when it's busy. I went inside to order just a milkshake and my order was forgotten and three orders placed after me were filled. They all had shakes and got their shakes and food before me. Mistakes happen and they went and made my shake for me, but then the shake was basically hollow. I doubt I'll visit this location again.
How is the lobby floor greasy? I was sliding all over the place. Food was lacking tremendously. Missing part of the order, part of the chicken on the sandwich. And one of the kitchen staff had on basketball slides. Yea....no.
The food was good but I didn’t eat my hush puppies. Might want to talk to your workers about putting food in to go containers to hot. The hush puppies had melted styrofoam bits all on them and melted holes into the container.
This was the worse cook out I’ve ever been too! My order was not complete and it is really confusing me for the fact that there was nobody in the line to be rushing my order. Please do better. I will be calling an higher agent. Do better
Hello to everyone who comes here not only do they freak up our order every single time we come here they ask for the food they mess up back we come every day and order a 639 tray we order a big double no ketchup no mustard no mayo add bar be cue sauce and everything else they not only mess up the order once not twice but 4 times. And then tried to get smart when my son tried to explain to them the order whom ever manages this location you simply have to Crack down on your cooks simple sad at this point.you would think by now they let my son keep the order there bringing out but they keep taking it back.i will not ever come here for food again you guys have lost my business for sure for sure.please please check your order cause they stand around and laugh while your placing your order.
Just outright Trifling!!!! I ordered a regular cheeseburger with everything on it and asked them to add tomato! The only thing they put on the burger was cheese and tomato! SMH! Didn’t put lettuce, mayo, ketchup, pickles, mustard, or onion! This location has really gone downhill! Poor management!! I would give them zero stars if I could!
Completely messed up our order. Dining area is gross. Dirt and grime everywhere. Dirty napkins and leaves all over the place
If you need a job dont work here. They will give you the run around about your check for weeks. My boyfriend has not gotten paid in almost 3 weeks.
