If ya don't get the ratchet disrespectful, immature workers out of this establishment. 1) Why was my shake watery?2) Why was my burger missing ingredients?3) Why when I as the customer ask a question in regards to my meal your reply is as if you're talking to your child?Your baby ain't at this window using their hard earned money to buy food. Show some respect before people catch wind of your service issues and corporate has to make a whole turn around in their hiring process. Plus I'm all for hiring the youth to get them started in the work force but show some professionalism. You didn't come to work to be or sound "cool", you came to do your job.
Went though the drive thru and should’ve checked before I left but how is this acceptable?I contacted the store, and spoke with Thaddeus who said I can exchange it. I went through the drive thru and placed the order like normal because I didn’t want to present any issues while they were making my new order. The woman at the window ((who Thaddeus told me name is Melanie but im not sure) dark skin, box braids, nose ring)) had an attitude anyways and it increased when I explained (very regularly) that i was exchanging my order. She handed me my order without saying anything (which she did the first time, but i understand that working drive thru doesn’t always yeild the best customer service so i didn’t care) & closed the window after handing me my items. I needed ketchup and waved my hand to get her attention and she stared at me from behind the closed window i guess to interpret what i was saying behind the glass? when she opened it she handed me ketchup then said to her coworker “come work the drive thru cause i can’t!” i guess in reference to our interaction but i was never rude! never hostile! i just wanted to eat a quick meal after a long day.Terrible terrible service that could’ve easily been rectified with simple “how would you like to be treated as a customer” mindset .
Typically we’ve had no issues here, but this time around was completely different.We had rude customer service and they got our order wrong. We didn’t even feel like going through the hassle of trying to get our order corrected since the person giving our food had an attitude. Like at that point, it really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Definitely unfortunate situation.
Love their shakes! Food is on par with other fast food places. Huge variety. But very slow lines. Didn't design this particular store drive thru correctly.
I gave the second star because there was a nice employee that held the door when I was leaving. I was here on 5/9/22 at 4:50 and I went to the restroom before attempting to order food. The bathroom had no paper towels or tissue. There was one car at the drive thru, horseplay in the back, no one at the counter. Never got acknowledged. An employee eating in the dining area. This was disgusting. Even if I had been addressed I would have been scared of food poisoning at that point. Consumers please beware of signs that a place is not safe to eat!
This location continues to go downhill. Consistent orders messed up and then when going in to get the drive thru order fixed. Employees were having their family jump the line and serve them. It took me 20 minutes to get the forgotten fries of my order even though I spent 10 in the drivethru. Employees were on the phone and in and out of the dining area cutting up with what was presumed friends or family. Won’t be going to this location again.
This place is fantastic!If you are hungry, you won't be after leaving here. The menu is loaded with so many options!They have combo meal options where you can get a main course option as a side. Want a cheeseburger, a corn dog and a second cheeseburger... you can order that as your meal. There are so many options to choose from!And speaking of options, want a shake as your drink... they have a load of them! They have around 40 different flavors of flavors to choose from.The service is very fast and very friendly.But I think the best part, the cherry on top, is the prices! This place is so affordable! With all the options available this is one of my favorite places to eat. Just makes me sad that there isn't one near me in Ohio!
I've gone to this particular restaurant about three or four different times within the last forty or so days. I was curious why there's always a line for the drive-thru window.My first trip there I ordered a barbecue pork sandwich. Two sides were coleslaw and fries. There was barely any barbecue sauce on the sandwich. I would estimate out of ten bites of this sandwich, only one bite had barbecue sauce in it. I was disappointed. I needed barbecue sauce in every bite.In addition, I did not get a spoon or fork for the coleslaw. I thought this was something you automatically get. I had to use my fingers. The fries were not okay. Gotta have the ketchup for those.My next trip? I wanted to give it another try. I again ordered the barbecue pork sandwich with the coleslaw and fries.I made sure to ask for extra barbecue sauce for the sandwich... once at the beginning of my placing the order along with asking for a spoon and again as a reminder after completing my order. I got an OKAY.Would you know it happened again? I did quickly checked my bag for the spoon before pulling off. I had to ask for that again. But I didn't want to take up anymore time at the window because I really wanted check the sandwich before leaving. But there were several cars behind me so I moved on. Again there was barely any barbecue sauce on the sandwich. They must have put only one teaspoon of sauce for that whole sandwich.I did go back to them few days later. This time I just ordered a cheeseburger fry and a coke. They really do need to change-up the way they do fries.I expect better for the foods I order and better service. Apparently judging from the long line, long wait, this doesn't bother a lot of people. It's not for me.
Great customer service, the food was good, the place was clean and very quiet area then again it was Sunday afternoon. The milk shakes were a bit on the thick side it was hard to sip it through the straw had to wait an hr before I could drink it other then that my family and I enjoyed
Great location, and my daughter absolutely loves the food here! She always gets the cheese bites and chicken strips, and she's never disappointed.The only thing that I wish they had is cones for the ice-cream. 3 little kids were walking by while my daughter & I were sitting outside, and I offered to buy them all icecream. I was shocked to learn that there were shake cups only, and no icecream cones. Well, the kids loved the shakes, but maybe cones may become available in time for the summer?? I hope so!
