Ok so where do I start!??! Is everyone that works at Church’s Chicken angry? I have been to numerous Church’s Chicken establishments, and I have yet to be greeted by one one pleasant!! I would even settle for cordial, but that hasn’t happened either. This Marietta establishment was no exception. Angry employees taking your money, getting you order wrong and handing out old, room temperature food. I ordered 2 meals, all white meat, they gave me dark but charged me for white. Ordered 2 okras, I got one. Ordered fries, they were chewy and cold. Ordered peppers, got none. And sadly, the only thing that was hot was the coleslaw. When mentioning to manager, was not apologetic and seemed to be upset that I had the audacity to ask for what I paid for. Y’all need to do better.

My 2nd attempt to grab something to eat here. Although I'm blessed to have gotten some tenders finally...the Cole slaw wasn't made yet, no Mac n' cheese available and there was a 10 min wait on an apple pie. I'm just wondering why everything wasn't replenished or ready at 142pm.

This is a miserable excuse for a Churches, let alone a fast food chain. Locking the door because you "Don't want to deal with people" is laughably lazy. The food is not handled to the standards of the chain I can assure you of that. Overall this place would be better suited for another parking lot for the Square than just another miserable, poorly run chicken joint.

Oh where to start? They took forever on my order, forgot to put my biscuits in the bag, and then the lady had the worst attitude when I asked about my order. They were also out of mac and cheese but they always outta something smh. Never coming to this sorry excuse for a restaurant again

This is my first time at this location. I pulled up at the drive thru window and paid for my food. I was told to pull into a parking space and my food would be brought out to me. This happened at 6:45pm on a Tuesday. I figured it would be a few minutes. However, I didn’t receive my food until 7:35pm. I didn’t get any kind of warning from the person in drive thru that they had to cook chicken and it may be a while so please be patient, etc. Myself and about 6-7 other vehicles just sat there waiting. Now, I don’t blame the drive thru worker because she was just trying to do her job. I blame the management for allowing her to take orders and payments from people without letting them know beforehand that it could be over 10 or 20 minutes before they get their food. I find this to be misleading and slick. You have to do better, Church’s. Waiting 45 minutes for chicken with no warning is simply unacceptable. If I would have read the other reviews before I stopped here I would have kept on going. The owners either don’t care about customers coming back or they aren’t aware as to just how bad this place is. I’ll come back and update this review to 2 stars if the chicken is good.UPDATE: the chicken was good so I'm updating to 2 stars.

First time in Georgia and I’ve heard good reviews about churches chicken so I was eager to try it. Got to this location because it was close where we driving past and it looks old and rundown inside but still I ordered which was my fault then I got home and took a bite of the chicken it’s hard and doesn’t taste like any fried chicken I ever had(not in a good way). I would try another location but this is such a turn off.

DIRTY, nasty employees!!! I ordered around 9 PM through the drive-through and was told to pull up and wait. 15 minutes into my waiting I watched one of the drive thru worked proceed to scoop mash potatoes into the container, miss some, leaving them on her hands. This girl proceeds to LICK her hands clean, and look around to see if anyone caught her. In which I did, and drove back up to the front and asked for a refund. No one wore gloves, or even a simple uniform, I’m not a stickler by any means but this location is just pure nasty, eat at your own risk.

WARNING!!!!!This was by far the worst chicken I've ever had. Ordered the butterfly shrimp and chicken tender meal. The shrimp were hard as a rock and not even fried to a light tan color. Had to wait 10 minutes for the tenders to cook and was not fully cooked and the same color as the shrimp. The French fries weren't even fully cooked. The only thing was edible was the damn biscuit. If a chicken place can't cook chicken then why the hell are yall cooking chicken? I should have known by the looks of the place that it wasn't going to be a good experience.

Heads up. If you're pressed for time you may want to choose another place. The food was ok. Nice and hot temperature wise. A bit too crunchy for my liking today. If it weren't for the fact I usually enjoy any chicken I'd probably had rated here a 1 ⭐.Had to wait in line for 15 minutes for my drive up order. Saw at least 3 different customers walk in and out with their orders while I was still waiting in drive thru line. Pulled out of line went in to get my order. Told the guy I was in a hurry so I needed my order. He asked me what I had. I told him and he asked if I wanted anything else. I told him a complimentary biscuit, drink or additional piece of chicken would be nice since I'd spent half my 30 min break in line waiting. He turned away, without uttering anything, to get my order. He turned around & got my order. Didn't give me a receipt and didn't bother to respond or give me anything complimentary for my wasted time. Not to mention it was cold and rainy weather wise.He really showed he appreciated my business (sarcasm). I probably wouldn't have been as disappointed if he would have at least apologized for my wait or anything to acknowledge my horrible wait/experience. I understand times are challenging. So giving away profits may be a concern. But an acknowledgement & thanks for your business doesn't cost anything. However good customer service is free & goes a long way.

This essence of the problem is training. Clearly, as one reviews the posts and you analyze the core issues that range from Burned Chicken, to French fries tasting like the grease hasn’t been appropriately changed in the appropriate time as specified by the Food and Drug Administration. These are performance and training deficiencies. The mere fact that these issues are recurrent clearly indicate the supervisor isn’t adequately providing supervision, quality assurance or appropriate training and/or re-training.
