Look at your receipts and make sure you're not being overcharged. When I brought it to their attention it was like explaining calculus. I was charged 8.99 for an extra scoop and was told it was cheaper that way. Menu at this location is minimal and customer service is suffering. You've been warned.
This establishment suffers from an empowerment problem. Today I went in to pick up my online order which included a BLT. When I arrived I was notified that they were out of tomatoes. Next, when I was handed my order I was told that they were out of the Poblano Chicken soup I ordered so they subbed in the Loaded Potato soup. There's a grocery store on the other side of the parking lot. Why does their manager not the have the power to send someone to the grocery store to buy tomatoes? Why does the manager not have the ability to update their online menu so they can stop selling items they don't actually have? I don't expect this location to still be in business 6 months from now if they can't solve tiny issues like these.
Well today was the final straw. My wife and I have been a fan of CSC for the last year, and when this location opened we were excited because it “on the way home”.But I have to be honest and say this place has lost its way. I’m sure quality food, and excellent customer service is somewhere in their mission statement, however that mission is not being delivered at this location.5 out of the last 6 Carry-out orders have been wrong one way of the other. This is usually met with “here’s a card for a free scoop”. Thanks, but how about just double check the order before sending it out?But today, today takes the cake.MOLD on the bread.I even asked the attendant to please double check our order because of our recent history.Mold on the bread and half the grapes on the grape salad are rotten.I’m absolutely disappointed.Save your $ and go elsewhere.
I was so excited to see a location close to me. I’d been a fan on this business for years and was excited to finally give my Dollars to a location nearby. I’d visit the Marietta location several times never had an issue until my last visit. My daughter and I have our favorites. And what I normally get it’s already packed in the. carton. My daughter does the same. We take it home and eat straight from the container with our crackers. The one that I usually get is the classic and my daughter has the fruity Fran. Neither were available in the cooler. I’m previous visits when none were available in the cooler they would pack A container for me. This last visit they refused to. The reason was they were low on product and had to save what they had for sandwiches. Which I understand but left very disappointed. My daughter felt the same way. I have tried the other varieties I’ve tried all of them. So it wasn’t about just getting something else it was about getting what I want it. We love taking our dollars elsewhere. The representative also told me that 2 half cartons will make a whole. But a whole carton is $12.99 while a half is $6.99. That means for 2 half’s I would pay $13.98 versus $12.99. That doesn’t sound like a good deal to me.
Great food but i would recommend your staff be more attentive and not rude. A bunch of high schoolers on their phones and the food takes forever to make. I’ve had one more then one occasion been rung up for the wrong order bc they don’t repeat what you got. I’m only recommending bc of the food.
Terrible service and the girl working there literally mocked me when I called. Ordered dinner for my wife. She likes The Chick SANDWICH, but slapped two scoops in a container. When I called, I was laughed at and told "I highly doubt we forgot your sandwich. It would be hard to forget." Well, see for yourself. I didn't ask for credit, just wanted to let them know what happened but was told it's not their fault and contact Doordash. Well, newsflash... Doordash didn't prepare my food. Terrible experience and zero ownership. We love the food and frequent the company, but no more. I can go to any drive thru and pay for missing items whenever I want. At least those other places own their mistakes. We will never show patronage to this store again.
Feels crazy paying for chicken salad BUT it is good here. I like the selection of flavors and the grab n go is nice for picnics. Docked a star because I just don't love the sides...
I really enjoyed the location in Cartersville but this location was a disappointment for me. The food was fine, however the person taking my order was very rude, interrupting me three times in the middle of ordering, and made very patronizing comments about my tattoos, calling me a “pain freak”. I am not a hard person to please, and work in the service industry myself so I am very understanding however the comments were inappropriate and should never be said to any customer.
I love this place I get classic carol my mom gets fancy Nancy and my husband likes the bbq chicken salad I think it’s called kickin kaylynn. So we spend lots of money there weekly.
First visit here and I'll be back! I tried the classic chicken salad just to get a start at their roots and it was delicious. The broccoli salad side was very flavorful. My coworker got two scoops of chicken salad with a bunch of crackers. Hers liked really good too. The place was pretty packed consistently while we were there so I'll probably try to get there around 11 it after 1 in the future to make sure I get a seat at a table.
