My favorite CFA!!!! All the employees are super friendly :) 10/10

Consistently slow service, food quality is iffy and servers aren't polite. I will be going to other nearby locations in the future even though this one is closest to me. I know staffing is tough right now, but Chick-fil-A has a brand to maintain of high quality service and good, this place is falling way below that expectation which makes me feel it isn't worth the price. I thought I'd drive through for a quick drink at 9 pm tonight and it took 25 minutes for them to serve me one tea. It would have been MUCH faster for me to drive to the Windy Hill location to get the tea and then come back by this one on my way home.

Good location with easy access from two major roads.The customer service, food, and cleanliness are exactly as you would expect from any Chick-fil-A!I will note that the dining area being open is not available at every location, and this one is allowing customers dine in now.I had not realized how much I enjoyed eating inside any fast food joint until I recently was able to do so at this location.This is a safe and pleasant choice for those who like Chick-fil-A.I do recommend dining indoors should you go to this location.Enjoy!

This location is horrible. Food was BURNT today….. literally tossed most of it when we got home. Out of the dz times we’ve been our order has been correct once ; ONCE! This location needs serious attention- and especially for being new!

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! HORRIBLY SLOW! Customer service non existent at this place. almost 30 minutes in the drive thru and still not moving!! disgrace to Chick fil A

I do not think I will be spending $27 for two chicken sandwich meals again. They left the whipped cream and cherry off one of the shakes. They forgot the diet lemonade/no ice. When I reminded them, I received a regular lemonade with ice. I also don't know what my birthday reward was as there was no receipt provided. Not my most pleasant experience with Chick FIL A.

I liked the new drive through where they step through the drive through and hand your order to you. Cool idea. I get the breakfast taco with no hash browns, they feel the tortilla up with eggs and chicken. Very filling and a big thumbs up for me.

Chikfila has a stellar reputation of excellent customer service and accuracy. This location is the worst one I have ever encountered. My order is incorrect about 30% of the time, service is very slow and most of the employees are rude. I just had to go inside the store because half my order was missing and the girls behind the counter just looked at me and said not a word to me. It took a young gentleman who came from the back to help me. This location just opened so I expected brand new employees to be better trained. Avoid this store at all costs!

Every employee at this location needs to be trained again. I have never had a problem with Chick-fil-A until this location opened up. Employees always seem lost, most are not friendly, food is either undercook or overcook. Salad doesn't look like the salad from other locations, and I rarely hear anyone say "my pleasure". It's a shame being that I live walking distance from this location. Will Not Return, I will just drive to the Windy Hill location.

Ordered breakfast items at 10:18 through the app, got the kids in the car in the rain and got in the drive through line for pick up. Was told then that I could not get the order because it was after 10:30. The store manager reiterated the fact that I could not get my order. Told me they were “out of chicken minis”…. It really should not have resulted in a bad review but here we are. There are many opportunities they could have taken to keep a customer happy. With their demeanor (passive aggressive is not cool) , honoring the order their app allowed me to make, offering a different meal… I mean I’m not a restaurant owner but even I know any of these could have resulted in a different outcome. I just wanted to pick up my silly little order for goodness sakes. My advice to the store - you should not allow orders through your app for items you are “out of” OR you could honor the orders that come through your app. And still not sure why a solution was not offered up by the store manager so maybe training for your entire staff could be helpful as to what to do in these scenarios. She just kept on with the stance that I could not get the food I ordered. And I said I think this is bad business and I’ll be writing a review. As promised here we are. Honestly I’ve had several bad experiences with this location and I guess this time it deserved an actual review. I can see why they only have 3 stars. Usually Chick-fil-A is so wonderful, unfortunately this location is not.
