The staff is always friendly and accommodating. However, items are left out of my order 90% of the time. Not just condiments, but whole sandwiches, nuggets, etc. I almost pulled out of the drive-thru today without my salad and the sauces I requested. It was corrected, but only because I checked the bags first. When I got home, I only had 2 strips in my 3ct meal, and my husband's peach milkshake was actually chocolate. I never have issues with the quality of the food, but I'm starting to think it's not worth the hassle to eat here.
I used to come to this location very frequently. Now it’s more like once per week, if that. The quality of food has greatly diminished at this location recently. I can’t get a fresh breakfast sandwich to save my life. The biscuits are hard and the meat has a stale taste.And the only way to get a refund is by coming to the store - which is cumbersome if you placed the order before work. I’m not sure if management has changed or what, but the only reason I didn’t give one star is because the associates in line are always pleasant and helpful. It isn’t their fault that the food itself is being mismanaged.
After my order the delivery was flawed.No utensils or straws on the tray when food was delivered. Fries were cold.As I ate lunch was dismayed that the female manager and male host was sitting down having lunch during the prime rush hours for lunch. I was at your establishment last week and saw two managers sitting down.Being in the restaurant industry and now retired. Just don't get this new management practice at this location.Everything must be running at a 100%After my complaint to a crew member I thought I would have recieved a table visit. My visit today was absolutely amazing he made my Thursday At 10:30 in the afternoon beyond great check yeah it's done great Chad deserves a raise and a promotion what an absolutely great guy
I just went here a few minutes ago, and I asked for a Lemonade with extra sugar packets through the app. unfortunately, the staff took that as me not wanting any sugar in the lemonade, as if i wanted to add it all myself. long story short, my drink was disgusting. food is yummy though
I’m never stopping here or any other Chic FilaFelt as if I didn’t receive the same service as the rest of the customersI ordered the same meal that I order from every other Chick-fil-A and have never been told they don’t have time to cook it without the sauce?
I went in today and a lady working there, I’m assuming a manager since she had a different color shirt on, literally ripped my name of the bag of food and drink they just finished making and gave it to someone else. She didn’t tell anyone to remake it. So after waiting for awhile, cause at first wasn’t sure it was mine but obviously it was, had to go ask them to remake my food, because it was no longer in the system.
My order was messed up in the drive-thru so when I went around to get my food they refunded and recharged me. Then made me wait for 5+ minutes in a parking space only for a surly manager (?) to bring my food out. Once I discovered that they left out the ketchup I had to circle back around to get it. After all of this the one star comes from the hair I found in my sandwich.
Usually great food, but today my chicken was undercooked and mushy. . Part of the chicken had some discoloration. Hopefully I don't get sick.
Efficient process, quality food. It was a beautiful day so we ordered our food inside & sat outside on their patio to eat our food. Not sure how long they've been open to eating inside but we saw others doing that but couldn't miss opportunity for amazing weather to eat delicious food on the patio.
