I love chick fil a but when I went through the drive through at this location for the first time today I left with a maggot on the lid of my cup. I drove back to the store to tell them about it and the manager wasn’t shocked at all and just replaced my drink. I work in food and was trying to be understanding and calm towards them since I know it can be rough, but I felt like my calmness was interpreted as an excuse to do nothing. Disappointed and probably won’t go back to this location :(
After waiting in line for at least 20 minutes, they messed up my order and I didn't have time to go back and wait for it to be corrected. I love CFA but won't be returning to this location because they usually give me the wrong items. (This review is only for the Sandy Plains/Shallowford Road location, in Marietta GA.)
I order curbside pick up a lot with this location and more often than not, they forget my straw. Not sure why this is- but it’s really inconvenient, As I do the curbside option for convenience. Good service and food otherwise though.
Clean, fast, and courteous as usual. Only deducted a star for the playground not being reopened yet since many other places have reopened theirs. It’s time for indoor playgrounds to return.
Stopped at this location this morning before heading to work. Busy but moving as usual, I used the drive thru. Pulled in, two girls(both Caucasian) standing talking. I went to the right lane the car behind went to the left. One girl noticed us pull up, she looked at me in my face then went to the car(a Caucasian family) that was behind me! I waited for the other girl to turn around and acknowledge me to proceed with taking my order. She looked up, looked me in my face then turned around to go back to whatever she was going so after 5 minutes of pulling in being overlooked once then a second time she comes over to take my order. Says she thought she’d taken my order lol I make my order and leave. Get my food and it’s literally crumbs, I’d rather had been told you didn’t have the ingredients left to prepare what I was ordering than to waste my money. This is totally unacceptable! Terrible service and terrible food! I eat Chick-fil-A quite often and while I’m not sure what your views are on racism your employees still bring their own personal opinions to work and it shows! I definitely won’t be dining again! As usual racism wins?
The location of this restaurant is the most convenient to us, but I've stopped buying food there. Every single order has issues. You ask for no tomatoes they include them. No corn on your salad, they put corn. So it turned into us having to stop at their parking lot to check every order and who has time for that. You call to let them know and they point fingers. "We have a lot of new employees". Very poor customer service and quality control. Not worth the hassle when there's another location 7 minutes away.
This CFA location is superb. I drive through sometimes, and they are very efficient. More so than nearby locations. I have most recently done curbside, and the order is always correct, I don't even check before I leave anymore. The staff is wonderful and I feel appreciated as a customer. The last visit, my card was blocked from something international that I attempted to purchase, and my card didn't work through the app. The app told me, and I used another card. It error-ed out and I did it again. I got charged twice without knowing it, but the nice employee that came out before my order came out told me it went through TWICE, got the right card number from me, told me he would refund one, and then came out with my order and 2 receipts....one with the regular charge, and one with the refund. Supper attentive and attention to detail here! So I get good food, a correct order, and people who care about their jobs and their customers!
I accidentally placed an online order for the wrong restaurant. They kindly made my order fresh when I realized my mistake and came to the right place. Thank you Chick-fil-A!
Love customer service #1 but always ask for receipt, they always forget to give it therefore I'm missing out on reward points for my app
So happy to be able to dine in at this location. Staff was friendly and professional. Dinner was delicious and served at the proper temperature.
