I love chick fila, but this restaurant is never good. This is the 3rd time ordering from this location & will definitely be the last. They never include sauces even though it’s printed on the tag attached to the bag. The fries are always cold, the Mac & cheese was old & cold. My daughter trashed 90% of her meal & I only had 3 bites of my salad. We’ll choose another location next time.
Last week my fries were not fresh. Now It’s the grilled chicken wrap, it was not made properly missing lots of protein. I called, spoke to a manager and he said “okay, thanks for calling I will check” but no resolution. I went in store with the sandwich and they replaced my sandwich. I asked for a Kale for my time and gas and they said no. My money is being wasted here so I wish not to eat from this location.
First time at this location since COVID. Couldn’t believe the reduced amount of customers and the dining room being downsized. Food was fresh, hot and quickly prepared. Staff was gracious as always!
The team is very helpful an very nice… I’m a DoorDasher an there always willing to help. An pretty fast an make you feel welcome no matter if I’m picking up a order or place I h my own order… I wish I could give more then 5 stars
Where do I start about my visits to this place? I normally go there for breakfast and choose the mobile Order option. Allowing myself enough time to pick up and get to work. My order always takes about 15-20 minutes. I understand short staffing and who am I to not wait for the good food? I just wait. Cutting it close to getting to work right across the street. I just overlook it.But today, today rubbed me in all the wrong ways. I got there at 1105 and wanted to order another drink. Someone looked at me and just said “closed” and started to walk off until he actually asked me what it was. Gave me the drink free of charge which was very generous. The workers were cracking jokes with one another (all for a fun workplace) but they weren’t really paying attention or moving around. I then clicked “I’m here” and waited inside the restaurant. Only 1 other person waiting. That persons order also was not complete and the guy helping her just kind of dismissed her and got her order ready without much attention to her. About 5 other mobile orders walked in and out. I waited 20 minutes for my food. While people who walked in and ordered got their food before me. I then stood up and asked about my food and they were getting it ready. I then realized that they were waiting on my grilled filet for my sandwich. I heard the worker gathering the food speak in Spanish asking for it twice. And the last time she blurted “how many times do I have to ask you? (In English and with a snarky tone as if the Spanish speaking employee wouldn’t u freestanding) Then asked someone to show the person what a filet was, as if the cook had no idea. Kind of felt degrading from my Point of view. Finally got my food (without the bun because I didn’t realize a gluten free bun was not longer available). I walked out and tried to ignore it like I always do for them because I love the food. But from start to finish this was frustrating. If you made it this far in the review I’m shocked. But I think I will avoid this one at all costs from Now one.
Taste is always the chick fila taste, but sometimes the orders don't come out as good. I had a spicy delux sandwich and it came with just the bottom of the bread, it was missing the top but I was far already to make a claim.
Got there at 6:30 and got in the drive thru, after waiting 10 minutes and realizing they didn’t open on time, I exit the drive thru to place a curbside order at 6:40. At 7:00 I get out of my car and wait at the door to figure out what is going on and when someone arrives at the door and I ask she simple says “I just got here” … like that is relevant.I get my order and it’s 1. Cold 2. Missing the sauces 3. No straw 4. My “lite ice” drink is filled to the brim with ice, which is not an exaggeration.Worst experience at a fast food restaurant I’ve ever had. Won’t be returning.
Chick fil A is the best place ever. No matter you go there for early breakfast or late dinner, you will always see a line that turns into two lines as you get closer but don't worry their employees are fast they take ordered quickly and serve quickly and food we all know it's satisfaction. But don't be bothered by the queue. It's moves fast.
First and foremost, I want to start off by saying I wanted to put a 0 star rating on this post but was unable to. I love Chick-fil-A but this particular store is the one I feel the most disappointed in. Due to my religious beliefs I do not eat pork and I've asked for them to remove bacon corn and tomatoes because I also do not eat tomatoes or corn. I have been told that I cannot have the corn removed ONLY in which I agreed too because i was hungry & I can simply pick through and remove the corn myself & they told me they would ONLY have CORN in my salad, however today was not the case. Not only did I have corn in the salad, I also had tomatoes AND BACON!? Plus, they gave me a faulty fork and there wasn't ANY dressing in my bag but I was in such a rush that I wasn't able to detect this until I made it all the way home. When I called back up at the Windy Hill location, Joaquin Oshoa didn't seem to want to resolve any of my issues or concerns "due to shortage of staff in the kitchen". This is extremely unacceptable coming from a religious base establishment. This shouldn't have never happened especially when I am a frequent customer. I've gone to plenty of other locations where they do not have any problems removing these simple items for me. I hope this experience does not happen to anyone else in the future!
I went through the drive-thru for breakfast I ordered a sausage egg and cheese muffin egg white Grill meal and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit the only sounds they got right was the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I went back through the drive-thru and the lady taking my order along with a manager happy or dacity to have an attitude with me and accuse me of lying saying that I did get my food and that's not what I ordered. I know what I ordered because the lady repeated it back to me and I said my order twice. Horrible service probably never coming here again even though it's closest to my house this is not the first incident I've had with their attitudes and poor service. And look what one of them did to my sandwich oh, this is not so bad but we all know the cheese doesn't go there.
