Friendly efficent service fast. Food was hot and delicious. 3 meals for approximately $20. Drinks and Fries were included in the total cost. Love their Chicken Sandwich!
I wish I could give them 0 stars but I cannot. I tried to reach out to chick-fil-a three times, they read the message but never replied. Yay never thought chick-fil-a would ghost me or do me wrong ?.I placed a catering order for a 5 P.M. pick up, when I arrived it wasn’t ready. That’s okay, I understand they get busy. They asked me to wait on the side, they gave me almost no other than twice telling me it would be a few minutes. That turned into 34 minutes. My order was late to to the event, they never gave me a reason, I saw two catering orders leave during that time. They were on time for them.The staff was nice, just not very informative or apologetic. I understand delays, but 34 minutes and to be told twice it’d only be a few minutes is absurd.They could’ve explained the situation, I could’ve come back later or waited in my car, instead they misled me multiple times. Then ghosted me when I reached out.

Well, I never thought that I'd give a Chick-fil-A location a bad review for poor service, but here we are.Today, I used their phone app to place my order for a curbside pickup. It took ~8 minutes between the time I informed them that I had arrived until my food was brought out. And, I watched between 20 - 30 other customers get orders via their drive-through lines. When I finally was so frustrated that I was ready to get my grand-daughter out of her carseat to go inside, my order was brought out to me but with a nominal (at-best) apology for the delay.My caution: Don't trust curbside delivery as their service for that process can be very poor.
The people who work there are so nice, it makes you wonder how much they're getting paid! [LOL] Seriously, the customer satisfaction is outrageously good. And the chicken sandwiches are still the best in the area!
Everyone loves chik fil a and I often go here for lunch because it tastes great. However, I'm consistently not getting what I pay for. I always order a large fry, and the container is never filled past 2/3. If I wanted a small or a medium, I would've said so. The same goes for nuggets and milkshakes.Chik fil a doesn't need to save that money. It's a booming and profitable business. They can afford to pay their employees better so that they can fill the dang fry box.
I usually have a good experience, today all if the sudden I found this plastic pieces in my soup, very bad cause I started feeling something weird and it was at the bottom of my soup. Please be very careful. Very upset.
I do enjoy going to this location. Food is always fresh and they're the only one's who do spicy chicken biscuits.
