App didn't work properly. Once we got there they were super slow. I should have order from the counter or drive through. Those customers was long gone while I still waited. Not the signature service they are known for.

First, they are getting skimpy on the food. My fries are now half empty when I receive them and so are the salads. I know we are in recession but if the prices are going up, the amount of food we receive can't go down! Also, I must also mention that this location has been making too many mistakes lately. The amount of times I have had to drive back because they forgot something is more then I would of liked. It didn't use to be this way. I have been coming here for a long time. I am hopeful they will pull it together.

This is NOT what I ordered/ paid for. This English muffin tasted disgusting compared to the biscuit I was supposed to get. What’s worse is that it’s labeled correctly. Like how hard is it?

The young lady with the red hair, small bun on top of her head and two strands hanging in the front of her face was very rude. I was calling out to get her attention and even pulled my mask down and she completely ignored me and 2 other employees turned around from another areas so I know she heard me. She was already in there looking like she didn’t want to be there. She wasn’t the only one. The others were nice nasty but they helped. I know you all are busy and you know you that you’re working in customer service. Go to the back take a break and come back out because the rudeness and working in customer service is unacceptable.

Ordered a spicy deluxe with no cheese. Label says “spicy deluxe w/no cheese”. I got a spicy deluxe with cheese. & the large fry was more of a smedium fry.

I have been through their drive thru for breakfast twice now. Both times, nightmare!! First the staff was RUDE at the drive thru that I sat in for 10 minutes to get my order placed. The pick up window was just as bad and very rude. Unbelievably horrid customer service, no thank you, no my pleasure. Ridiculous! I frequent chic Gil a often. It is always my go to but not this particular one. I will never return to this location at Macland Crossing! As I.told the manager when I left the restaurant that morning. The staff is incompetent and management is non existent !

This chik fil a has a playground but it’s closed. Also they have a bunch of high schoolers working here I saw the drive thru had a long line. While I saw one girl on her phone and another taking pictures of herself. I decided to go inside to avoid the long line. The restaurant was dirty and honestly having to wait 15min for my food did not help. I probably won’t be going out of my way to come to this location again.

The quality and service at this chick fil a on Macland and Powder Springs has gone down significantly recently. I’m not sure if it’s a result of the pandemic but these types of situations never occurred in the past. It’s unorganized and ghetto. Each time I go, my food is either wrong, something is missing from my bag or the food isn’t hot. I’ve had circumstances where they’ve left the chicken off my salad (which is crazy), I’ve had a situation where I’ve asked for extra cheese on the sandwich and they’ll put a piece of cheese in a container, in the bag. In the mornings, I feel like they’ve been giving out tater tots that are just sitting there because they’re barely warm by the time you get your meal and what really upset me recently is that I ordered ice cream in a cup and I assume they prepared it while I waited in a super long drive thru line so when I got to the window, they handed me ice cream that was almost completely melted. That’s just unacceptable. I feel like the employees just aren’t paying attention and they’re definitely not listening. Just slow down and PAY ATTENTION and LISTEN. What prompted me to write this review is the fact that my order this week was wrong. I ordered an egg white grill and they put regular eggs on it rather than the egg whites that it’s supposed to have. At this point, it’s really feeling like I’m visiting a McDonalds instead of a Chick-Fil-A. Service and quality has gotten that bad. I’m not sure if management is just desperate and short staffed and as a result, they’re hiring tons of people who are inexperienced or just don’t listen or maybe just don’t want to be there. Whatever the reason, I’m praying that it gets better and that they get back to normal because this is truly unacceptable. This is the closest location to my home but at this point, I’d much rather drive over to the Dallas Highway location where they get it right. I hope management sees this and corrects the matter.

I love Chick-fil-A but not this location. They are always forgetting something in my order. Last week they gave me a salad with no dressing and no toppings when I actually ordered extra.Update 3/7/22 - sent my husband to grab me a salad today for lunch, and guess what? There's absolutely no dressing in the bag. I just can't even.

Chick fil a I’m not sure what you’re going through, but you’re only a few steps away from McDonalds. I’m not sure when ordering fries meant you serve a 1/2 container of uncooked fries, not just cold, but literally uncooked. And to top it off, they’re not even fries, but pieces of fries. And let’s not get started on the straw you gave me tonight to drink from. I understand we’re in a pandemic, but what you’re establishment is going through is far worse. So sad.
