I wish folks wouldn't ONLY leave reviews when they're leaving a BAD one.. Chick-fil-A is above average when it comes to fast food places.. and even though they employ the highest quality people in the industry, those people are subject to making mistakes like any other human being.. At this particular location, I've had only 100% perfection and I look forward to revisiting them every chance I get.. ✌️
Last Night, my daughter(6), my son(1) and I had a pleasant dinner at this location. I ordered at the cashier, 2 times and finally noticed that I could order from my phone and have it delivered at my table. Morgan was surprisingly efficient. He was not just the attendant there, but in general, a manager of the store. I was so happy to see a such young gentleman, being so responsible, attentive and hard working. He gave me actually hopes for this generation. Thank you Morgan and your team. You guys really made my night and my kids night.
Why are you telling people to park off to the side if they've pre-ordered through the app? What a waste of time. Please be prepared. I use the app because my lunch breaks are short and the lines are long. Parking me to pack a bag of ice is unacceptable. Also sometimes your staff has bad attitudes - the total opposite of what you would expect from this company. I may change my rating later, but I am completely disappointed today.
Convenient to the office and I use the mobile order app. Friendly service. The only negative is leaving the drive thru trying to cut across waiting lines to exit. Very poor parking layout.
I ordered thru the drive thru this morning and I asked if I could get an additional order from my rewards. It was charged I got to the window and still asked if I could use my reward. The cashier kept apologizing profusely that he already charged me for the items and he cannot do anything about it. The team leader was watching all along not saying anything. This is the worst location I have patronized. The breakfast was not even warm.
It was a 5 star prior, but lately I’ve been hearing remarks that need to be kept to yourself especially if customers are able to hear your snarky comments. Overall the food is good but people like that make the brand look type of way
This is by far the worst Chik-Fil-A. Every time I order here they send me to wait in drive thru parking and the. In takes 10 mins to get my food. Unacceptable. I have given this Chil-Fil-A too many chances. There are too many great Chik-Fil-A’s. I am A list member in their app and will be ordering elsewhere when I am in this area again.
It was great! Was greeted by a friendly cow, and treated to brownie samples. So many employees checked in to make sure we had a nice visit.
First time at this one near Roswell. They were different. Did not care about us as the customer. Fries were cold...no excuse for that. Guy at drive through walked away while i was talking to him.. i complained at window and he did not care.. Would not wish to go back. The one at the outlets on 575 exit 9 is great. So nice.
Unacceptable. Roaches in my food. I expect better from chick fil a. They need to shut down IMMEDIATELY. A free dessert from the same roach infested restaurant is not a “solution”. I will NEVER go to this chick fil a location ever agin
