I went after a 12 hour work day, tired, hungry and when i pulled in no line to worry about so yes this was going to be ok. Well to my surprise the food was ice cold, i mean no heat to it at all. Needless to say i was extremely disappointed, still tired, still hungry. That food had no business coming to a customer like that, it's shameful, money lost, I'll never get that back and again i was very disappointed. I know Captain D's can do better, but on this particular day for me it was a disaster, my dog enjoyed it though.

The general manager Leo Smith was very unprofessional and very rude! I was otp with my daughter while she was about to order my food and he came on the speaker and said they not open yet (10:30) and it's going to be a while. My daughter asked how long it's going to be and he didn't respond after asking twice. So I put my daughter on hold and called and I told him my daughter is there and he immediately cut me off saying "and I told her that it's going to be a while yelling and he started to laugh like it's funny and said they didn't have no employees" and as I'm asking for his name he refused to give it to me and hung up! I called back and he told me his name was Leo Smith and said that he was the general manager. I will be calling corporate tomorrow Monday! This is unacceptable behavior and he does not deserve to be any type of manager acting like that! I also have the whole conversation recorded from the time my daughter pulled up to the speaker! I will be emailing to corporate that recording as well.

Captain d's is a go to place with me because I can always go there and get some grilled fish and some green vegetables sometimes it's a short wait while they prepare your food, but it's OK the food is always good. The people I can't say they real personable, they do their job that's what I can say they do their job. they're not overly friendly and they're not mean but they get the job done and that's all I need.

Yes yes yes I am here to update you guys I love Captain D’s I’ve been loving Captain D’s ever since I was a child and when I can tell you one thing I stay in the drive-through here it is the wait but not too long but I definitely will tell you this is worth the wait so it to another day if you are looking for a good quality cook food and I say Captain D’s please I love me some Captain D’s so please if you’re in the area go by and give them some business you would not be disappointed I promise you that

Could not eat inside. Don't like drive thru because you get home and your food is cold plus we were on our lunch break.

I had a ver disturbing experience at your restaurant on Austell rd. I was there at 10am on my way to work waiting for the store to open at 10:30 so I can be the first in line and wouldn’t be late. I was parked in the parking spots near the ordering board. The manger came outside after an employee arrived and using very foul language started asking “who the **** is that? What **** the want?”He started towards my car so I rolled the window down told him I’m just waiting. He was so rude and nasty. Telling me I can’t be in the parking lot waiting, and I have to leave. I told him there is no law being broken waiting. He called the police. It was so horrible. I will never be a customer here again and I will tell everyone of this disgusting offense. Please get rid of that man if you want more business. He is driving away your customers.

This location of Captain D’s is a great example of what “fast food” should be and the main reason for that is Catavia, she is professional, friendly and the reason why I go out of my way to visit this location. I hope Captain D’s realizes how valuable Catavia is as an employee. Food is always hot and tastes fresh, I highly recommend.

This location currently has an add on for shrimp. The sign on the drive-thru menu said if they don't offer the add-on that you get it for free. The person took my order and inquired if that was all. I said yes. They advised me to pull around. I mentioned that they didn't offer the add on. The man said I didn't wait long enough and they make the offer at the window. That makes absolutely no sense to me. As much as DT windows are con admit wait times and efficiency, why soupy you wait to make an offer at the window? You would have to add the otherness to the ticket and then also wait for the item. All of that will hold up the line. When I made it to the window there were 2 "gentlemen". I heard the man in the back advise the cashier, "You have to slow down."The first thing the cashier said was "Do you want the shrimp or not?" I advised him "Yes, but you didn't offer it so it should be free". The man behind him said " You should have waited, we offer at the window!" I then asked, since when are add-ons introduced at the window. Previously if I forget to mention something you guys are agitated that I didn't say it at the box but you want to make an offer at the window?"Because they were being so rude I asked for a supervisor. The man in the back said he was. I then asked for a general manager. He said he was that too. The cashier gave me the order and I asked for extra tarter sauce. We had (2) 3batter dipped orders and they tend to only give 2 sauces. I always ask for extra. They told me the sauce was already in the bag. We had a bunch of cocktail sauce but only one tarter sauce. He eventually gave me additional sauce.I asked them who I could speak to other than him because he was being rude. He told me to go to captainds.com.The man that claims he was management told the cashier to close the window on us.I called the number on the receipt and noticed the voice of who answered the phone as the man claiming to be management. I asked for his name he said it was Leo Smith and then immediately hung up.We usually frequent this location regularly despite their slow service. This interaction was enough that we probably won't return. The man that claimed to be management didn't even take time to hear my concern or politely educate me on their operation. I just still don't believe it's proper procedure to ask to add an item at the window. They just didn't want to acknowledge they missed the opportunity and give the free item as promised on the menu advertisement.

I went for the first (and last!) time to this location. I noticed that the lobster roll was not in the bag. I called the store and spoke with the manager, who said her name is Shawn (female). She immediately acknowledged that they forgot to put the lobster roll in the bag. I asked for a refund to my credit card but she refused and was only willing to give me the missing lobster roll if I drove all the way back. She said, "I could only refund the whole order which I won't do because then you'll get free food." Unsatisfied, I asked if the store is a corporate or franchise location, which she didn't know. Shawna then gave me a name and number to call and said it's the owner (so I'm assuming this is a franchise store). Rebecca. I called and left a message. Never heard back. It's only $4.49 but it's still not right. Will not return to this location again. What a poor experience. (And I won't bother commenting on how awful the food was that I did actually receive!)

Food was pretty good.. I would recommend this place and will be going back again
