The food is always good but the customer service is the most important thing for me. The guys at the drive-thru today were extremely friendly!!
My family and I came here earlier and Foster did a very good job with our order. He made a slight mistake with how he made our sandwich...we advised him and he fixed it right away. Great work, good customer service, great communication and good personality. Keep it up.
Aaaand the trend continues. Gave me biscuit instead of sandwich. Kept my credit card and I had to come back. Took 25 min in drive through… dining room is closed. It’s worth going out of your way to find another place to eat
Excellent biscuits, AND the WORST service at any restaurant in Marietta. Today was about the 5th time I have visited the Franklin Gateway Bojangles and not been able to order food. Bojangles website, and Google both said the restaurant was open (Sunday 635 am). All the interior and exterior lights were on. There were 6 cars in line at the drive thru. NOT OPEN ! I waited at the drive thru window until an employee finally acknowledged me and was told "we're a franchise location so we open when we feel like it and were closed now".
This location is GARBAGE! I’ve only been there two times and both times I ended up leaving before ever even getting to order because the line just wasn’t moving. I sat in their parking lot for 12 whole minutes and only saw 1 car in line move. I saw two people leave before me, so I called the store to ask if their was something going on in the kitchen that was causing the delay. The manager told me he had several door dash orders that had come in and they took precedence over the people in line. I tried to give them another chance today but sat in line for several minutes and the line again did not move. Never going to this location again!
Waste of $9.20 the Cajun filet was very dry and hard and the biscuit wasn’t cook all the way.
No one took our order or even acknowledged us for more than 5 minutes. When we asked if we can place an order, they ignored us at first and then we’re extremely rude so we left. There was no other customers inside and only 2-3 cars in the drive through. Great way to loose customers forever.
Absolute worst!! When arrived to place my order I was told to wait ...... And wait I did for 15 minutes. As I listened to the staff members talk about what they were going to do Friday night, because the employee forgot to turn off his mic. When we got to the window the kitchen staff was not wearing masks and it took over 30 minutes to leave with the correct order.
The people who work here are hardworking and friendly. I come in a lot and they are always so down to earth and welcoming and the food is good. I’ve never had to wait too long for my pickups. They do a great job
The food was Delicious. However,The person on the register was extremely cold and dry. Me, my friend and other people in line notice it.I don't know if that person was a man or a woman. But, you can tell he or she did not want to be there.
