Closes at 2 pm, and dining room has been closed for 3 years. It’s a shame the franchise allows a store to operate this way.

It was 100° out the restaurant was 95° the staff was testy but I can't blame them to be expected to work in that heat was brutal. Can't enjoy a meal when you're cooking more than your food. The food was okay, not the staffs fault. I threw half of mine away it was to hot in to enjoy.

We ordered two plates - one leg and thigh, one wing and beast.It was not busy - one car in front of us, one behind.They screwed our order, and gave us two of the "leg and thigh" orders.The chicken was good, the sides were ok

Meal was 10/10 chicken was crispy and seasoning was gr8, but the music is offensively bad. CHANGE THE DANG MUSIC IN THE LOBBY. The music almost made me feel sad eating inside the restaurant. PUMP IT UP, chicken is supposed to make me happy, I don't want to feel sad eating Bojangles. Chicken 10/10. Music 0/10

Bojangles serves breakfast all day & they have good food when it is made fresh. I understand we're going through a drive-through I get it but the amount of time you spend in that Bojangles drive-through when you get to the window it should be fresh.. The borounds should not taste like they've been sitting there all day and just sitting in old grease or the biscuits shouldn't be hard.

Staff will run you away. We pulled up with only one car at the ordering speaker. We watched her wait for a long time. Once we pulled up, we waited with no one saying a word. Two minutes later, someone said, "We will be right with you. We waited three more minutes again same thing, "We will be right with you. Keep in mind the lady in front of us is still waiting as we are. Five minutes passed, and for the third time, "We will be right with you. I pulled off looking into the drive thru window and the staff was looking at me laughing. I then realized why there were no one there except for us and the lady that was still waiting as we left. Time was 4:20pm on March 31. check the camera and you will see for yourself. I was in the big red truck.

Waited at drive thru to order and kept getting told to hold on. After a 20 minute wait I was told I would have to come inside to order because inside was too busy. They took the order from the 2 cars in front of me. I drove around and there was only 3 cars in the parking lot, I seen 1 person in line. I just left. They obviously didn't want my business so I took my money elsewhere.

I will NEVER eat at this location again! First, the cashier got my order wrong and when I went in to get it corrected Little Caesars boxes were sitting on top of the warmer on top of the food! Like why are boxes on top of food that U are serving people! Secondly the restaurant was filthy! Floor was nasty, napkins flying everywhere, and to make matters worse the cashier was on her phone and everyone in the back were just chilling and hanging out. Third after this sandwich was supposed to be fixed, I opened it and the chicken was NOT done and the lettuce was brown and ice cold! Damn near frozen! I threw the whole meal away! I have never had frozen lettuce on a semi hot sandwich. Just a complete disappointment. I wanted a complete refund!!!!

Last 2 times was in drive through for over 30 minutes. The last time finally got to window they told us they were out of chicken and it would be 20 + more minutes. Got a refund but won't go back again.

I love the Cartersville and Acworth bo-J but this one is by work and I am unfortunately always disappointed if I stop here. In 3 years, I've tried to give several opportunities(10) but it's gonna be a no from me. I did give 2 stars bc they're always fast and have amazing customer service even during the busy early mornings. But I can't waste money on food I can't even stomach the smell, let alone try and eat.
