What a hidden gem! We got the Grandma’s Pizza and pepperoni calzone. Normally the calzone is larger but we requested some items be taken out. Now the Grandma’s Pizza was AMAZING! It was a Sicilian style pizza that was just perfect. You could taste the garlic, basil, tomato, and butter without them overpowering each other. And forget about not eating the crust, I could tell what was better the crust or the pizza itself. Would definitely come back and put this in my must go to for when friends visit.
Great food and great service. It took a few minutes to be seated due to the restaurant being short-staffed, but once seated, the service was prompt and the food was great. Fresh salad and great pizza.
A friend recommended this place to me as I’m not familiar with the area. I am so glad I came. I got 2 specialty type flavors. 1/2 Asian Thai chicken. The other half Greek. It was so good!!! The crust was nice and thin. It’s always better to have less bread so you can taste the toppings. I will definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.
My favorite pizza place in town. My go to is the bacon cheeseburger. The bacon is candied and spiced up. I do ask them to take off the mushrooms and add pineapple. The chicken tenders and fries are really good too.I also like the take-N-bake option, since I don't live in delivery range anymore. They make it, wrap it up, and give you instructions to cook it at home. It's already on an oven safe baking dish. Bakes in about 12-15 mins.
Hadn't been to blue moon for years - but always thought it was a good place and decided or order something for pickup. The website made it hard to order without putting in a tip (really am I supposed to tip to pick up my own pizza??) When I arrived several employees were standing around doing apparently nothing. I had to wait for the bartender who had to wait for someone to bring me my cold pizza. The pizza itself was not good. It was a margarita pizza so about as basic as it gets. Definitely lost my desire to ever go back here. I hope they don't add a tip to my card, whatever "service " cost should be baked in to the overpriced food.
Went here for lunch during a work day and was compelled to dine in (as opposed to taking it back to work and eating at my desk). Very glad I did.Ordered the lemon pepper jumbo wings and was not disappointed by the flavor, the crispness and how hot they were. For a work day lunch it was also very chill and not many people around. What sealed the deal for me was how friendly the staff was, particularly the bartender who served me. I felt at home and comfortable, and that's not something people often say about restaurants especially during lunch periods. Highly recommend giving Blue Moon a try. I'll be back.
This place is really really awesome, their pizza dough is to die for along with their garlic rolls. We took our two year old in for lunch and she was a little fussy and the waitress gave her some dough to play with and even offered to cook it in the oven! Our waitress was outstanding at anticipating needs. The food was great here and the service was even better, 10 out of 10 recommend!
CHEESY BREAD with Pepperoni... amazing. Service at bar exceptional, staff very friendly and all the food tasted great (salads, wings, meatballs, and pizza).
Great spot! The food and service were wonderful! I got a pepperoni and pepperonchini calzone and my wife got a gluten free Margherita pizza. The pizza had very generous portion of basil and my wife enjoyed it. I liked the Calpine as well - it was a very generous portion. Very nice beer list, I had the Wicked Weed Pernicious IPA on draft. They have a nice outdoor patio under an awning.
Lemon pepper wings were surprisingly very good. Also ordered the Large Meateor pizza and it was very salty and had zero sauce on it. Very dry. I mean no red sauce. When I arrived the waiter told me my order was $81 which was an error we easily cleared up. Wings were great, NO pizza sauce. That is all.
