Where should I begin? I guess I should begin with the owner. This guy... I witnessed him completely bully a young girl working there. It was apparent she was new because we hadn't seen her before. It was an early afternoon and it was pretty busy while we were there. It looked like she was doing the best she could, but this guy sat back like the Queen of Shiba, belittled her in front of a crowd of customers & didn't even help to take the payments. Horrible, just horrible! I sincerely hope the young lady has moved on and I hope karma visits this waste of human space soon. He will never see a dime from us again!
Atlanta, GA - Monroe Dr I been coming here for over two years now. Today I walk in, I guess the owner is having a bad day and he discouraged his employee to put enough juice in the icee and the iced is still all ice in the middle. I ask for more juice because the juice didn't even touch the middle. I know what its suppose to look like. I ask him and he say you have to pay extra. Okay I don't mind paying extra. Just acknowledge the fact that you messed up and own it. His behavior and manners got real aggressive and he turned his back on me, my niece, and nephew as if he didn't care while literally turning his back. What a waste of money going forward and I do not recommend anyone going here anymore. He treats his employees like they are below the earth and I've witnessed this over the years. Not a good place to support and represent The City of Atlanta. I am very disappointed and will be filing a complaint and having the City to look into this. No where does it state or it's posted that you have to pay an extra 75 cents to get your icee made correctly.
I arrived at 7:18, the closing time is 8pm. The young lady at the register stated they closed at 7pm but she was waiting for a door dash order to pickup. Please change your advertised times if your customer service reps aren’t gonna do their jobs until CLOSING, and there are still customers entering the store 7:23, door dash or not, it’s a snowball that takes 5 minutes to make! You have now lost a consistent customer that has visited all 3 of your locations for the past 3 years!

I wanna start by saying Big Easy has 2 locations. The one I frequent is in Midtown Atlanta. I have been to this location a number of times and the product is ALWAYS good. There is a variety of flavors and special flavors that the company recommends. Service is kinda 50/50. Some days it is great and others it is not so great. I do continue to support because the product speaks for itself.
This employee has a spoon and ate off our sno ball then serve it to us. I was so kind as he kept telling me “NO IM NOT MAKING YOU ANOTHER ONE, AND NO IM NOT GIVEN YOU A REFUND”…. We both call the police they didn’t show up. He is Racist and disgusting. He has a very filthy attitude. I have the full video on my TikTok and social media.

Went there with my family yesterday. HIGHLY disappointed with quality and service. Not only was I paying more than 4 dollars for a 16 ounce cup of ice cubes, the snoball wasn’t even an actual ball. Looked like mush. On top of the bad quality, the employees were disrespectful towards us. Will not be returning anytime soon?. Goodnight.
