I preordered a specialty birthday cake a week ago. When I called the day b4 I was to pick it up, I got excuses excuses. Long story short, no cake but BR sure didn’t mind charging me promptly for the order. Oh I could come get a shelf one, no!
There is not a Baskin-Robbins within a 20 mile radius of my house. I was in Marietta yesterday for an event and stopped off on my way home. It was 9 pm and the hours posted on the door said they closed at 10pm. The door was locked and I could see an employee in the back. Very disappointing.
Called this morning to inquire if they had Baseball Nut in. Took forever for them to answer the phone, but when they did a very DISRESPECTFUL lady answered the phone and when I asked I was replied with “No we do not. Sorry. Have a nice day” and then hung up on me. I was not done speaking to her as I had more questions. May want to consider some customer service training because I am not giving a place with bad customer service my money.
I came by tonight at 930pm. They close at 10pm. When I got here the employees closed the door and turned the lights out and watched from the back room. Maybe hours need to be changed.
Worst baskin robbins.
My wife and I were recently in Marietta and stopped by to get a cup of DD coffee and a donut. When we entered we were greeted and received immediate service. There was also a good selection of donuts to choose from. The employees were very friendly, all safety protocols were in place, and the facility was clean. Indoor seating was closed. Overall we had a very good experience. This is a DD/Baskin-Robbins combo location. Open daily. Drive-thru. Ample parking.
They usually always have the ice cream flavors my son wants but I don’t understand why they do not wear gloves when scooping the ice cream. Also, the employee who was working today had a bad attitude. I checked my receipt and it doesn’t say her name, only “cashier c.” She was a younger girl with dark hair pulled into a ponytail.
This location is probably the worst DD/ BR I've ever been too. I asked for 4 different types of donuts.. they were out of everything..apple fritters, donut holes etc. Finally I asked for single scoop icecream.. they had my favorite in stock. The employee even mentioned the sugar cone is free with the purchase of a single scoop."Great, I'll take that". Then she says oh we're out of sugar cones. Really?? The ice cream tasted freezer burnt. Definitely wont be spending any more money there
