Very very disorganized and confusing. Staff doesn’t speak English
Stood for over 10 minutes waiting to be attended for ice cream and was completely ignored. Not even an “we’ll be with you in a minute”or something to indicate we have been recognized as a customer.
Ordered delivery.. and instead of what I ordered I got nothing!! Somehow they ran out of sundaes or ingredients for it and all I wanted was bananas and hot fudge..so I got all my other ice cream but not my sundae or even just two scoops of ice cream to replace it I got literally nothing!!

This location will close before the hours posted. Don’t go out of your way to go there.
i went into the store between 6-7pm on March 1st and the customer service was absolutely terrible. nobody spoke to me when I came in, in fact I could literally hear the employees talking about me saying I looked homeless. i said hello to one gentleman that was working the counter and he hesitantly said hello like I was bothering him. will never be returning to this location again. ?
It’s 9:40 Says it closes at 10 & they close
The girl waited on 2 people & greeted me. She said she would be right with me.When she finished with them, she walked away, was hanging out with one of the other girls & playing on her phone while I was standing there waiting patiently for service. I finally walked out.Also, many of the flavors were mislabeled or not labeled at all.This location did have a competent staff. Nobody wants to work anymore.
