great food and send service.
My husband and I live in the neighborhood and were excited to try this place as it always looks super busy. We sat at the bar and although service wasn’t necessarily bad, we waited almost an hour for our food. The bartender comped one of our beers for the wait so it was nice for her to acknowledge how long it took. The burgers and truffle fries were really good though so we may be back! They’ve got a tough competitor down the street though with delicious burgers for a friendlier price.
Delicious food, however, I paid $4 extra dollars for the 14oz Philly (bunless) but even with the plastic container I only got 11.9oz… rip off!! The last time I went into the restaurant to eat, I ordered the Philly with no mushrooms, got mushrooms, reorders without mushrooms, and they brought me the Philly with mushrooms again. They don’t seem to pay attention to detail which is very frustrating.
I came here with my family and some friends on a Friday night. While I understand staffing shortages and all that we were seated around 6:30 and still did not have our food by 8:00. Even our appetizer that we ordered almost immediately for the kids to eat took 30 min. When our food had taken almost 45 min I asked what was going on and was told they just had a lot of orders. The manager had excuse after excuse, and while she did give us 3 $10 off coupons we then said just make it to go because the kids were getting restless. She then told us it was being bagged and 15 min later still no food. Our meal should have been comped at that point, but it was not. I say all this to say this was the 3rd time I gave them a chance. I also had issues a few months ago with a to-go order. I was told pickup in 30-40 min and when I arrived the bartender paid me no attention to let her know I was picking up, and it took them 30 min before I had my food in hand. The food is great just give yourself time to wait and expect it if you want to eat here. I would not recommend bringing young kids!
First time there, bartender was awesome Marelli. I’m sure I misspelled her name but she made the best Margarita and provided excellent service! Food came out quick, hot and tasty!
Party of 4 for lunch. Seated immediately. Clean, open, spacious. Modern decor. Excellent menu, options for build your own burgers and salads, chicken tenders, turkey burgers, etc. Three of us did build own burger, one of us did build your own salad. Large portions! Delicious. Server was just ok. Although it was not crowded at all, it took a long time to get our food. Worth the wait. Outside dining also available, full bar too.
Overpriced food and poor quality. Horrible management and customer service. Ordered through UberEats for my family and the fries pictured below were $7 plus tax and were ice cold and not enough to feed my family as a side, fried pickles were greasy and cold, all the food was cold, burgers were cooked well done when I asked for medium, and to to put the cherry on top….they didn’t bag up my 8 yr olds entire meal. When trying to call the restaurant, it took me 30 minutes of calling back to back before reaching somebody. The excuse the lady gave me was they’re short staffed but when I asked the manager about that she said they’re fully staffed but don’t answer customer’s phone calls. Interesting. Then tells me how busy they are, which I guess is an excuse why you can’t bag up my $80 of food correctly or cook it correctly. Then offered me nothing for the issue. I’m fact blamed UberEats for it. Pretty sad establishment. Mushroom burger is much better at IHOP. Want good food? Go to Paradise Grille by Publix across the street for a good burger, chicken, or a drink.
Potentially the worst dining experience I’ve had in East Cobb, and I’ve lived here since 2004. We entered at 6pm. It took the hostess going to the back and being gone for 5-10 minutes before she found us a seat in a half-full restaurant. Our server was polite but didn’t inform us of what was to come. I write this after waiting over an hour for 2 burgers. Our kids got their meals after 45 minutes. When our food came out, it was lukewarm and incorrect. They even missed a patty on my burger. They offered to remake it all, but by then it was 7:15. They weren’t sure they could push our remake to the front of the line ahead of the to-go orders, which was one of the reasons the dine in patrons weren’t being served in a timely matter. At 7:30 I told the people back by the kitchen that I wanted to pay for the two kids meals and leave. Short staffed/pandemic/whatever. 2 other customers left before us. Another left after us. Until they figure out their staffing/service issues as others have mentioned, don’t go here.
Horrible customer service and poor food quality, burnt grill flakes in my dads philly
My onion rings were two crispy. Others were fine. Butger and deviled eggs were off the charts good thou.
