My first time ordering here and the food looks amazing. I haven’t tasted mine yet but had to first leave this review with hopes that Management pays attention to it. What good is your food if the service is horrible ? The young lady with the red hair at the counter barely said anything to or looked at me and seemed annoyed before I walked in. If she is not appreciative of her job do her a favor and find someone who needs a job and understands the value of customer service. I’m almost scared to eat my food. Horrible first experience and I was super excited to try. Wow

The place has grown and got better the new owners definitely know what they are doing . The menu is fresh and everything is seasoned right .. love how they bring new a different items to the menu .. I go literally 4 times a week literally ..
Food is good customer service is sometimey sometimes it's good sometimes it's bad. I ordered online and when I got there they were confused and didn't know how to search for my order. When they figured it out my order was actually ready ready
Great place for fried shrimp and I don't try really anything else there but it looks good
This place has gone downhill and the manager Jay doesn’t value customers. BEWARE, waited over 30 minutes for an order called in that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes!! Jay the manager sat there and argued with the other clerk about the misplaced order instead of addressing me as the customer about trying to make it right. He FINALLY decided to have the cook redo the order and offered only a discount on next meal. The right thing to do should have been to give at least a meal free. Find another place to eat that values your business people!!
This is easily the best seafood anywhere around! Everything is seasoned to perfection. I’m going to go on a limb here and say that it’s family owned and operated. The consistency of the flavor is unparalleled. I’ll definitely be eating from here again, and again!

Ordered online thru Uber eats and was very disappointed with the quality of our food. Our whiting was over fried and very hard to eat. The fries weren’t even cooked all the way. The next afternoon, I called to share my experience and Austell seafood market seemed not to care at all. His tone of voice was “annoyed”. I explain this was my first order, I am pregnant and my food was over and under cooked and how I was disappointed in the quality of overall my order. He said sorry and rushed to hang up. I like to let restaurants know how they’re doing and I won’t give them another chance due to his terrible customer service handling my situation. They don’t care about their customer’s satisfaction obviously.
