If I could post ten Stars I would..!The server was very professional and pleasant, and honestly the best server I had in a long time...And the food just blew me away..!I have to return to sample more entree's...Longhorn's and Red Lobster ain't got nothing on Atami Grill & Sushi..!
Got the love boat sushi platter for 2 with my wife and was not disappointed, yum!
Don't know how they are a 5 star Food was overpriced and not good at all. We paid for dinner hibachi and was served a small amount of everything i thought They made a mistake and gave us the lunch serving but the waiter said it was dinner but guess i should have been glad cause i didn't finish what he gave me. The salad with the dressing which i thought was ginger was nasty everything tasted like fish. Will Definitely Not eat here again. Have been to a lot of hibachi Restaurants and this one was the worst but The waiter was nice.
I've been to Atami a few different times now since we live just a couple miles away and I have nothing but good things to say. Their food is excellent, service is friendly, and their prices are reasonable. This is our go-to sushi and hibachi spot now.
The best quality for sushi anywhere in or near the atlanta area. Blue fin tuna is used. Talk about amazing!
Good food especially from the hibachi grill.The chef’s are entertaining and funny.Food is always the same and the filet is so tender you can cut it with a fork.The sushi is phenomenal.Me and the wife eat here every Sunday that we are in town.

I LOVE this place. My partner and I frequent this place. I don't even have to look at the menu most days now. Their specialty rolls are fairly large and super delicious. I would recommend the spicy tuna sandwhich, hawaii roll and spiderman roll. Those are our go to favorites.
We have only ordered the chicken and shrimp fried rice, miso and spring rolls. Let me start with the good, the fried rice is seasoned to perfection and they cook chicken and rolls well. The "needs more work" was everything else because they are hit and miss. We've ordered twice and EVERYTIME, the shrimp was HORRIBLY overcooked and halfway deveined. It is really unacceptable to serve such dried up and hard shrimp. The miso was like chicken broth the one time and real miso the other. The spring rolls did not come with dipping sauce like most other Japanese restaurants. It's hard to find places that season food, so it is painful to put Atami on the "last resort" list.
This is a wonderful place to eat at. It is pretty far from where we live but it's all worth it. I love the shrimp bento box! The miso soup and salad that they give in the beginning is to die for. The calamari is extremely good! The gyoza sauce is one of a kind. I have tried it at different restaurants and it is never the same as Atami's. I highly recommend eating here.
