I cannot recommend this eatery. It is inedible. I had Kung Poa Chicken and it was awful. I couldn't eat it, let me rephrase, I wouldn't eat it. It was off-putting. The egg roll was fried to almost burnt. Didn't eat it either. Not a good meal, I had high hopes but I won't be eating there again.
Okay so this is the second time they did this to me. I walked in and asked for bourbon chicken and asked for it fresh when it looked so old. She said no and scooped the old bourbon on to the plate. Asked if I wanted anything else. I said no and she rushed me to check out.The second time I went back the lady who served my food called out for another lady in their native language and looked at me funny. I asked what I wanted then when I was going to add another scoop she looked away and spoke in her language to the other lady. My husband said excuse me. They added the scoop I wanted. Afterwards a gentleman from the back came to the front and spoke with each other in front of me. I knew what they were saying and I DO NOT TOLERATE THAT KIND OF BEHAVIOR.Don’t give me wrong the food is okay and good if your looking for fast Asian food but expect to be a tad bit old. I have been coming here since 2019 and so far this has been the worst customer service a loyal customer have gotten.
I got the Hibachi (any two meats) with fried rice and vegetables. The steak was hard to chew, some pieces uneatable. The Fried rice was not real fried rice....just yellow rice with a few peas here and there. The vegetables is just brocolli with no salt. The chicken was unseasoned. definitely not to standard of any Asian restaurant. tastes like someone who is just learning how to cook prepared this.
You're really good and fairly priced.. real easy to get in grab a bite and get out... Food is really good....
Ordered for the first time, food was made quickly, delivered fast & hot when I got it! Thank you! Big portions as well! It was delicious.
Ordered the Hibachi with 3 meats. It was a nice portion but had no flavor at all.I was highly disappointed and trashed the food. Bland with no traditional hibachi flavor. Wasted $25.00….Will not order again…
Disappointed that they weren't open on Christmas at 8:30pm. Any other time I've gotten take-out, the food was good and their $1.50 per scoop is a nice-size ladle scoop. Very affordable. For example, on my birthday, 3 of us ate for $25 and that included 3 egg rolls and plenty of food. I even had leftovers!
I love their food. The only thing I don’t like is the pepper chicken. The one thing I absolutely can not stand is asking for soy sauce. Every single time I go they either give me one small packet of soy sauce or they completely ignore you when you ask for some. This happens every single time same with the chip sticks.
Everytime I come here they are rude. You are just a check to them and they do not care. They’ll walk to the back instead of helping you and when you ask for help they’re rude about it. Go somewhere else. Also I’ve been here multiple times and they charge weird and the past two times they’ve uncharged me for nothing.
Maybe need to work on customer service So people don’t feel bad after spending there money with your restaurant ? I say this with kindness.
