I'm shocked at all the bad reviews! I have eaten here 15+ times and it was always amazing! Sure it cost a little more than a Papa Js pizza, but I always had a lot of toppings and more cheese than I have had on a pizza in my life so it was a great deal!They always seemed to have some meal deals to take advantage of that the friendly cashier would make a point to tell me about. Their driver was always prompt and nice... I do live in River North so that's not too far but still... Amazing Place.. Amazing Pizza!
$40 worth of food came 40 minutes late, cold, pizza was in shambles and had the wrong toppings! Sandwich was raw in the inside, burnt outside. Wings were just gross and my husband had to run down the driveway to stop the driver because he forgot to give them to us.
We ordered and were given a 30 minute delivery window, after 1 hour called to check on the status of the order because the tracker never update. The person that answered the phone stated he "was on the way" and 45 minutes later we hit the 2 hour mark from the time the order was placed with no update and no food we just called and cancelled. Nobody seemed to care and we won't try again.
Just pulled up to get a Grub hub order that was placed almost 30 min ago. Walked in to 3 employees sitting at a table on their phones and doing nothing. No one had any idea that there was a Grub hub order. She literally confirmed the order AFTER I made her aware of it. And she had the nerve to be rude as heck, bc they aren't doing their job.. Place looks pretty nasty. I wouldn't recommend!
Ordered are pizza never delivered our pizza I called them and they said they sent the delivery guy home that they couldn't find us at the courtyard Marriott, and we were meeting him out front so disappointed never again his name was British
I worked there and it's a terrible place, the worst pizza place ever in my life. Employees play way too much and they think they're smart. I was a delivery driver there and had to do there jobs plus mine and they only paid me $5 per hour. Anything goes wrong there it's my fault and get yelled at by a 300 lb female assistant manager . If you so smart why you so big. I worked there for 3 months and they never gave me a uniform and they gave everyone direct deposit but me and the General manager tried to train me to run shifts without offering me more hourly pay and when I looked at her like she's crazy she had the audacity to ask me why I'm looking at her crazy. I was over qualified for any position there . They don't want to pay nobody anything to risk catching Covid 19. Have a good day
My family and I used doordash to order our pizza and wings tonight. No fault of our driver, half of our order was missing. Firstly, they should NEVER let an order leave without completing it. Secondly, when we called to ask about our food it had not even been made yet. After driving to Zoners to get our pizza 20 minutes later, I was very disgusted to find that none of the cooks were wearing hair nets while making food. They were vaping in the corner of the restaurant, ticket orders were written on random pieces of paper, and jokes about messing up doordash/waitr orders were being made. Supposedly, an employee also quit and walked out of the restaurant tonight. On top of all of this, after our pizzas were out of the oven, it took 8 minutes for them to figure out if it was ours because of the ticket being lost. No management was to be seen and food safety protocol was clearly disregard. Dispite all of these negatives, the lady at the store did give us a whole order of breadsticks for the mistake and the food was decent. However, I will not be coming back here ever again due to the upsetting lack of management, wouldn't recommend.
Ordered 3 pizzas, wings, and cheesecake dessert. Wings were burnt, and they called me 2 times to cancel parts of order or tell me they were out of something. The boneless wings were not all the correct flavor and were all burnt to the foil liner.super disappointing
Their pig in a pizza was so greasy my to go box was just filled with grease. Their pizza dough is so awful it was chewy and rubbery. My dogs wouldn’t even touch the pizza and they eat everything
This was good when it first opened, but in short time it has gotten average at best.
