Worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. Chicken tenders weren’t cooked all the way, hoping I don’t get sick. Workers walking around on their phones, dancing, etc. Pretty much everything except trying to provide decent service to their customers. Will never go back. Horrible service. Horrible food. Horrible experience.
Got there after lunch and there were no clean tables. Trash on the floor in front of the counter. The cashier may have been new, she had to take out her phone to calculate my change. Maybe she was distracted by the music on her ear bud. The two cooks that I could see in the kitchen had dreads, I know that because there were no hats or hair restraints to be seen. The drive thru cashier resting her head on the counter did not have a hat ( she did have several decorative headbands that matched her yellow Crocs )Out meal was tasty, the food was hot and freshly prepared. My wife had the club sandwich.and said that it was "okay". Son had the chicken finger meal and said it was delicious.After eating, went back for some cookies. ( drive thru cashier still resting head on counter. ) everyone had their backs to me so I waited a couple of minutes. When the cashier got off her phone to take my order she told me the total $2.15. I handed her 2 one dollar bills and a quarter. Her hand hovered over the change drawer as she struggled to figure out the change due. To save her from embarrassment, I took my cookies and moved through the uncleaned dining room out the exit door.
Long wait. Out of fried mushrooms. Out of blackened chicken. Out of blue cheese dressing. Fried pickles tasted RANCID; looked like the pickles had been sunburned, or dehydrated. Would have gone back to get my money back, but did not want to waste more time. Shame, Zazby's. Shame!
Awful!!! Staff park their cars in the middle of the handicap parking area. Don’t acknowledge you when your standing at the counter. Now they have discontinued the Blue salad…the only thing you can order that they don’t mess up. We have tried and tried to support this business but we are done.
This is by far probably the worst establishment there is on Zebulon rd. Customer service is terrible, the wait is long, and the food is OVERLY stale. The cashiers sit at the window talking about everything under the sun that customers shouldn’t hear. It’s crazy. I had to give a 1 star in order to leave a review.
Zaxby Club Chicken Sandwich is amazing
Too many times I have tried to support this business and they never seem to fail me with their bad customer service. Ordered online and when I walked in the two cashiers were just leaning on the counter. Nether tried to acknowledge me. Once I told them my order was n online order me that I was picking up, she looked down at my receipt that was just sitting on the counter and gave it to the gentleman to start making it.

In line right now and the cashier at the drive thru has horrible customer service. She does not suggestive selling at all, you can't finish a sentence before she cuts you off saying that's it, that's it. Wow times has changed. This place has went down over the years.
