Drive through and dine in have different closing times!! Otherwise it was Clean - typical Zaxby’s experience for me.
I don't know why anyone wouldn't like Zaxby's but if you're looking for a quick snack this is the place. Cajun Club sandwich is full of flavor to hit the spot!
Bathroom was by far the cleanest part. Food was hot, not sure when they stopped using the fry seasoning....had to go back and ask for some. After we ordered and sat down we were iffy about eating there because of how nasty the place was. Trash and tables dirty. Ice piled high. Counteracts so sticky.... wouldn't recommend stopping at this one.
My go to place for fresh plentiful salads, hot fries and friendly service.Try the new Buffalo Garlic sauce - great for dipping or tossed on tenders..
Food just isn't good. Our chicken fingers left a lot to be desired...the French fries were not completely cooked..Cole slaw was not good..the toast for sandwich was barely toasted if you could call it that...and all this not to mention how small the chicken tenders were. We also got cookies and they were just ok. I spent 22.00 for my husband and I to throw most of the food away. We both told each other that the next time we want chicken it won't be Zaxbyx...we will drive further to Popeyes.
Ordered a standard Zax Snack. Numerous people that ordered after me got their food first. Went back and asked what was taking so long they said they were waiting on fries. Even though every other order before be that ordered AFTER me had fries. They forgot about my order and then tried to boame it on the fries.
Never been to a Zaxbys that served up cold hard fries. Quite disappointed ?. We were on the interstate and in a hurry so I couldn't go back but. Not impressed
Food is great. Which is why I come here all the time.. Customer service though… it’s the rudeness for me. If I go through the drive through, 9/10 they will get my order wrong.. there are a lot of teenagers working there. Hence the attitude. Go figure…
Their chicken strip are great. Not greasy like others. The coating is light not caked on. I feel $7, whatever they charge is well worth it. And their French Fries are great n not greasy ?
order chicken finger dip in wimp sauce and larger sweet tea. I dine in and my food was cold. I give a 5 star on the girl at the cash register. but overall I rate them a 2 because of serving cold food. need improve in the kitchen area.
