This Zaxby's is not what it use to be. My husband and I came for dinner and the food was terrible. We had to go to the counter a few times to get our order correct and even to that point the food was not good. My husband got instantly sick after eating his meal and you can tell that management is just going with the motions. If I could give them a 0 I would.Update: I also threw up the food.

Approaching drive thru, I wanted to vomit when I saw the employee inside with 2 inch fake nails. All I could imagine is bacteria transmitting from order to order. Isn't this a health hazard? I almost left but was desperate due to a car of hungry people. Then as we pulled off, I noticed my drink was not correct. I got out of the car to run in and ask for a switch. After, disturbing the teen on her phone standing at the counter, I got the ok. I really wanted a new glass due to the taste carry over but I was in a hurry so I used it anyway. The drink dispenser was very used and dirty. Then as I glanced around the lobby..I am sorry I even purchased food here. Very dirty. This restaurant was not taken care of like previous Zaxby's we have visted. The outside was brand-new. What a shock. I pray we don't get sick.

We eat here alot but I have one complaint and that is regarding mobile/online orders. If I order online that means I most likely don't want to have to go inside. However this is one of the only establishments that I frequent who makes you come in to pick up an online order. It makes no sense to me. Management really needs to look into this and change it. Its not customer friendly. In addition, the online orders are never ready at the promised time.

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had in a Zaxbys. Had a simple order of 2 sandwiches and an order of fries. Told the person at the counter 4 times that we wanted the sandwiches plain. Took 40 minutes to get the food then both sandwiches were made incorrectly. After looking at the receipt we found it was not the kitchen staff's fault, even after telling the inept employee at the counter plain on the sandwiches she still rang them up as club sandwiches. What a joke!!! Will not return to Bass rd. Zaxbys

Terrible service. Every single worker was on their phone. There were people behind the counter that weren’t even workers…no one would take orders. The man in front of us asked if he could order. One worker acknowledged him and said “i don’t know how to take orders.” This Zaxbys definitely has some management issues. (Bass Rd location)

Everybody who up their needs to be fired tired of going up here paying for this nasty ishhh! No bacon or nothing on it unacceptable!!!

I hate to knock a business that’s trying to hang on right now, but this Zaxbys is just awful. Places need workers so badly that they’ll literally hire anyone, and it shows.I placed a mobile order at 2:24pm. Walked into the Zax at 3:39. At 3:24, an hour after I placed the order and 45 minutes after I walked in, it still wasn’t even being prepared, so I got a refund and left. Let that sink in: apparently, they were more than AN HOUR behind on filling orders. What if you’d been in the drive through with a screaming baby in the back seat?To their credit, the girl running the register and the manager who gave me the refund were both very nice and clearly frustrated with the kitchen, but if the only people you can find who are even willing to attempt to work aren’t capable of cooking chicken tenders and fries in under an hour, what can you do?This may be a glimpse into the sad future of food service experiences everywhere, but if it is, there will be a lot of places closing down. I must have seen 20 people walk in while I was waiting, look around at the chaos, and just turn around and walk out. The Northside Zax didn’t make it, and I’m now doubting this one will either. Even obese Americans will only wait so long before they simply start frying their own chicken again.

Terri and his crew are amazing!! Best service of any zaxbys!! And district manager Steve amazing as well. These people Go above and beyond to take care of customers !

Service is incredibly slow and the employees are just standing by as others are working as hard as they can. It took over 15 minutes to get my order yet there seemed to be minimal efforts to clean the store or try and help get the food out.

I had the 6 pc tenders fries and slaw. 1 slice of toasted bread also with the combo. Everything tasted great except for the bread. Was that supposed to be garlic bread?
