Management can’t read a simple coupon. I planned to order a sandwich and my friend decides to use a coupon for a free item. Took 4 people to comprehend then still over charged for an item we didn’t order. ?
Great chicken sandwiches
I wanted crispy chicken sandwich instead they gave me this.this not what I order I order a chicken sandwich meaning chicken patty not chicken tenders I come here alot got the receipt to prove it this right here is so beyond not right.i never get cheese on my signature sandwich. I will be sending this to corporate office in the morning l. Update I made a complaint but Zaxby's don't care about their customers at all just look at how many of customers have complain about this locations.
I ordered a six of chicken tender it was horrible!!! And they also didn't give me the right sauce!!; That's why I don't like ordering online!!! This has got to be the worse Zaxby's ever cause they always messing up ya order!!!! I don't even want this $hit now!!!
As a blind person, I love this place because it has the option that a person can use Apple Pay as a mean of payment.
The food is ok. They could learn a few things from Chick-fil-A.

Waste if time time food ans service that was shockingly not there. Literally treated as if we did not exist the whole visit and had a struggle even being given food.
nothing like receiving bad food, bad service and experiencing bigotry. our group literally was mistreated, had food set to the side and incomplete orders recieved. staff was slow, mumbled and too busy on their phones. absolutely shocked in this experience.
I love to walk in to a restaurant and stand there for 10 minutes, being completely ignored, while the pitiful looking staff play on their phones in front of me. Will never go back to a Zaxbys again.
