Wendy's was alright. We was shorted a fry but of course you should check your bag before you leave and we did not. O well live and learn.
Service here has gotten horrible. No customer service at all outside of management. The drive thru order speaker is next to never working, food isn't ready. I'd I could give no stars that's what they would get.
It was cool. I went through the drive thru. Lots of young women but I'm taken so I couldn't indulge in the flirting vibes. But in actuality it was just an old man's perception of Perfesional courtesy at its best.
Took 30 minutes to get thru line with 3 cars. Lady wouldn't speak a word to me at payment window. Just gave a mean look. Food window shorted me 1 drink, no straws, and the drink they gave me was flat Diet Coke when I ordered coke. I haven't even looked at the food yet. ?
Foods good, it just is obvious the workers don't wanna be there which can lead to longer time to get to you in the drive through as well as how quick your food takes to be ready. Foods not bad at all, just would be better if they were quicker and got me in and out of there quicker. But overall it's a good choice for getting a decent meal, but if you're in a rush I'd skip this one.
I waited 30min in the drive threw for them to screw my order up. Went inside to get it corrected and it took them another 20 min to finally correct my order. I won’t be going back to this Wendy’s. Horrible customer service and waited entirely too long for quote fast food. Several employees just standing around joking with eachother not helping the customers.
We went through this Wendy's twice on a road trip (down & back). Both times the drive-thru was pretty slow. The second time through they left out our fries, but we didn't notice until we were on the interstate.I know finding help is hard, but getting orders correct is fundamental.
Can't understand a word she saying too much mumbling behind their mask. Food look nastier than most other fast food so didn't eat a bit, I'm sure that will disappoint wherever took the time to spit in it. Not sure what the issue or attitude was all about nor do I care will not be back.
I understand your dining room has dine-in hours but when someone pulls up and they are in a box truck that's too big to fit that your drive through you should let them come in the dining room and order food instead of losing the business because you won't let me walk up to the window to order or let them in to order
Customer service was meh, food was meh, the simply orange juice was delightful though. Would not recommend this Wendy's, if you're in Macon and you want Wendy's theres other options that are much better than this one.
