This is our new go to Wendy's, that night shift don't play. Good service, fast service, hot food. Management definitely know what's up.

Oh this place is HORRIBLE! When I placed my order the young man had an attitude (I knew then this would be a bad experience) I placed the order me and my ELDERLY was eating in so we went to sit down 5 mins later the young man calls my name he put 3 bags on the counter and walks away NEVER came back so I didn't know it was our food! A young lady that was preparing the food told me that it was my food ?.....she looks in the bag and says "dang they just threw your fries in the bag" she asks the RUDE young man to get me more fries he said something smart understand his breath but once he saw I was looking he stopped talking....(smart choice) so I got our bags sat down to eat my fries were in the bag upside down the bun was cold....the list goes on and on the final straw was when this same RUDE young man got into an argument with another co worker the profanity was AWFUL I really thought they was about to fight!!! And with all the violence going on I just didn't want to be around that so we cut our meal short and got out of there!!! Sooooo yeah I will be calling corporate first thing Monday morning

Absolutely the best food and service I've ever had a a wendy's. All the wendy's in Norcross, Duluth are horrible. Well let's just face it all of the wendy's in Gwinnett County have really really gone to hell.

They couldn’t take cash because they couldn’t give change. Then when I asked for a strawberry frosty, they stated it wasn’t available (but they advertise as though they serve it). So then, I asked for sugar cookies and this is the condition I received them (pics attached). It literally looks like two different cookies. And yes, one was hard and the other was soft. And both look like they were nibbled on, lol. Horrible and a waste of money. Will never visit this location again.

This location should consider temporarily closing until they resolve their issues. The dining room is closed due to staffing issues and the drive thru speaker is not working. The limited staff are inefficient and apparently stressed to the point that they do not want to be there.

Long wait for the drive thru even though i used the app but my orders were ready and correct when I got to the window.

The #9 never fails. In my experience with drive thru Wendy's its quite simple. At the window they seem very polite ( Hartley Bridge) and can make a sandwich worth the money.

Usually have good experiences here. Went today for breakfast and got a meal. I ordered a meal with the seasonal fruit. Very disappointed with what I was given. Seasonal fruit i guess consist of 8 little squares of apples inside this big cup. A waste of time and money.

I was at the restaurant yesterday and slipped on something and fell. NOT ONE employee asked me if I was okay. The only person that asked me if I was okay, was a customer eating at the restaurant. That is sad and disappointing!!!!

I ordered a hot honey chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was hard and chewy as if it we not cooked however it was done. There was very small pieces of Jalapeño on it . The fries were old and not many. The young man at the window handed me my order and just looked at me, no thanks or anything. Terrible experience. I hope this is isolated.
