I sat at the bar, so my experience may very from guests sat tables. With that disclaimer out of the way, let's get to the review. I went to The waffle House about 11:45 on Saturday morning. Needless to say they were slammed, and despite the fact that they were super busy this was one of the best physics I've ever had to a waffle House. Not only was my waitress great, but both cooks helped take care of me as well. One of them took and made my drink order, and another brought my food to me when it was done(which only took I think a minute and a half). Needless to say, they were all rockstar today!

Today at the tine of my post was some reason really busy so the wait time was pretty long havent got my food yet so hope it turns out well. Busy nights man busy nightsEdit got my food ans is home with it time was 11.00 pm 4 out of 5 from tine to wqit til pick up but 5 out o5 for food quality i am going to enjoy this.

This Waffle House looks new but was quite dirty with trash on the floor and the tables not cleaned. My brother and I ate three anyway. The waitress was super helpful and kind. She is the reason why the place is receiving a 3 instead of a 1. The cook also did a great job. If the restaurant been clean I would give it an 8. I left a 10 tip for the great service we received from the waitress.

The food is still good, but the service is lacking. They have enough workers it seems like no one really knows how Waffle House orders flow anymore. At least at this location.

Very busy location but this new restaurant has a few things going for it. New, great leadership and nice staff. All that said, the food has never disappointed. It is delivered on time for all the Waffle House goodness! I will visit again.

Upon arrival at at the waffle house 2402. There was three booth that was available. One in the back and two unclean booth in the front. An employee said there is a booth in the back. We stated we wanted to sit in the front booth and waited for it to be clean. The managerJESSICA, stated that the two unclean booth was closed but the booth in the back was available. How ever the booth in the back was not clean. Then we was told we could sit in the front booth so we went back to the front. As we waited in the in the front booth for sevice none of the booths was ever closed. My question is why booths was not cleaned in the first place? There was six employee behind the counter Overall Mrs. Wanda took really took good care of us. But JESSICA needed more management training. I think she more training and understanding why cleanliness and customer service will bring your customers back. All arriving guests shoud be seated right away or as soon as possible not having to wait.

My son and I went to this Waffle House today around 11:30 AM. There were only 2 other occupied tables and both parties left about 15 mins. After our arrival leaving us the only patrons in the restaurant. Our waitress failed to give us a menu and when we asked for a menu, only gave us 1. She failed to put in my order for a waffle, never apologizing for the delay. She never asked us if we needed anything, never offering to refill coffee (another associate finally refilled my coffee).There were 5 associates standing around talking and playing the juke box. I will never visit this Waffle House again.

Food wasn't even prepared properly, Texas cheese steak bowl had the greasiest hash browns and no cheese or onions, ask for a dark waffle I don't even think the girl knew what what one was. Worst $15 I ever spent my life. And I have eaten at a ton of waffle houses in my life

Place was very clean, awesome cook..didn't burn hashbrowns BUT our waitress took her time on getting ordet and once we got food I had to ask for more coffee cause she didn't come back around!!

Super busy waited 20 mins to order, hair in my food, sausage in my food when i didnt ask for it, spoiled milk
