Actually it was extremely good. The guy who was the server- waiter was extremely nice, extremely knowledgeable and all about doing his job and helping others with getting the food out. Good experience, wish I could remember his name. Sharp kid!
Kind of a bougie location for a waffle house... Forgot how expensive they got over the last couple of years... But great experience nonetheless! Food came out kinda slow for takeout but had the chance to catch up on conversation with my guest. I was surprised by how good they coffee was during my visit with minimal burn. Server was wonderful, not abrasive in any way. Got my regular "single over-medium, grits and toast with a side of bacon" ... Mmmmm
What kind of waitress serves the food first before the drinks even come out?? Renne was our waitress and she had a disgusting attitude.. We asked for something simple and she said “hold on” and went and sipped on her coffee while she stared at us and then came to our table. That was absolutely disrespectful.
Entered at 7:30pm and they rudely said they were only doing takeout due to “staffing issues.” Funny, there were no folks in the store and 5 employees behind the counter. This is the third time this has happened. Terrible service.
Always have an issue with having well-done soft onions and hashbrowns not being to dark and close to burned. Other than that, great breakfasts!!!
Just came here to get some food at 8:43 pm door is locked with workers inside. I was knocking on the door they just looked at me and laughed so a started recording. I called to see if it was a temporary closure or call in only they picked up the phone and immediately hung up all while im standing here looking in the window laughing all they had to do was just simply have enough Courtesy for a patron to say hey were not open right now or hey can you call it in were phone orders only but laughing because someone is trying to walk in and you want to leave is not cool this is absolutely ridiculous.The young man shot me a bird im sure you see it on your security camerasI thought waffle house was a 24hr establishment but i also would expect a little bit more common courtsey guess in 2022 both are wrong assumtions. Good luck to you guys and your waffle house carrers the lady counting her tips and hanging up the phone must be manager.i thought Georgia home of waffle house of all places would be best in service so wrong.Great job guys your real winnersWont ever eat waffle house here again

A clean establishment with a wonderful Christmas atmosphere and great service times. We ordered our food and received it in less than 5 minutes. The food was also delicious. I highly recommend this Waffle House.
When its open, its your usual Waffle House, but this place keeps very inconsistent hours. Don't trust the hours posted here or on the store; they are not followed. They open, close, or revert to takeout only whenever they feel like it.
The team on Bowman Road in Macon are exceptionally wonderful people. They are always cheerful and are kind to their customers and to one another! I visit this location at least 4 times a week to pick up my 83 year old Father's breakfast. He loves your waffles and bacon!
