Wow, we went to the waffle house in Macon on Gray Hwy and Anna was AWESOME! Thank you Anna for such GREAT SERVICE and FOOD!!!!!!
Waited for a table which is no problem. Several tables were empty but the employees wouldn't clean them off. An employee finally cleaned off one table and gave it to a friend that walked in 30 minutes after we did. Left and went to Famous Mike's instead.
Friendly service. They don't serve hot tea because someone sued them. Even though they still have hot coffee. Go figure. They also had no salsa for their breakfast bowls. But other than that, the food was good and hot.
Only 2 other tables were occupied when we came in. We came in and waited a long time, over 20 minutes, for service. We made an All star order and a 2 egg breakfast. Nothing special. Just grits and o/m eggs. We told the server I was hard of hearing and then he started whispering and never came back to my table. After an hour and a half, (and the same 2 other tables were there) we never got out meat, drinks, silverware, napkins, butter, syrup. When we asked if we could have a fork the cook yelled from across the room that they were busy. We said it was ok... just watching our food go cold.. after a total of an hour and a half the server came up and said he didn't charge us for our drinks. Ok, but I'm still thirsty. I was charged $17 even and still wated 20 minutes to get my debit card back.One server and 3 tables and all of us were in there the whole time.
Everything was great from the walk in and the way out .The Food were a plus
Food was up super fast but not crowded. Waitress didn't argue or get confused when we asked for just eggs & bacon w/o toast, grits or hashbrowns. Coffee could have been a little hotter. Fast & efficient.
Great Waffle House. Food is always fresh hot and neatly prepared. Clean restaurant.
Walked in no customers and was told they were closed, shift change lol. I could see the attitude on her face before I walked in. What a joke, this is why no one cares about east Macon
Fine service. Could of been quicker clearing tables to new customers could sit down. But otherwise good.
Frequently visits. Maybe 12 to 15 times a month. Love the All Star breakfast
