I aways go get something from here on my lunch breaks at night. They never disappoint! Great crew at night! Sorry I ate all the food so no pics!

We had a very nice time the food was delicious.The staff are so friendly just like our waffle House is from all over the country we enjoyed ourselves you took up some time that we need to we're back on the road if I could give it 10 Stars I would.
I'm so sad to be writing this review. Why you may ask? Well waffle house use to be my "go to spot" whenever I needed some hot fresh breakfast items in my system lol. And spring street was the one of the two locations I frequently ate at. But it seems like lately they have gone down cook wise. I went about a month ago to grab a omelet and waffle nothing difficult to prepare, so I thought. Upon placing my order the young lady asked me if I didn't mind a old fashioned omelet I told her no and headed to pick up my food after hanging up. Tell me why when I get there get my food the omelet looks as though the cook fought with the egg, cheese, and ham lol. It was terrible so was the waffle. I really am trying not to quit waffle house all together but if something don't change I think those plans are in my future. Do better waffle housessssss!
Food was great and the big personalities behind the grill made for even better entertainment. Not 5 stars because cleanliness was a little suspect

Was in and our within 15 minutes. Staff was helpful and nice. Good customer service. Food is good but depends on who's making it. Overall a good stop to get a meal. Sit in is alsi available
My two young grandchildren insisted on eating at a Waffle House for a late dinner after a late play date in Macon. We had rode around looking for a waffle House that we could sit down and enjoy a meal of Waffles. We arrived at the 4th Waffle house where We waited at least 20 minutes before we were even spoken to and then by a waitress that was on her break. The waitress whom was working our table argued that it wasn't her table. There was a lot of turmoil between our waitress and the cooks, with arguing and curse words with each order she called. The temperature is set below freezing in all Waffle House restaurants I have ever been inside - looks like they would try and keep their customers a little more comfortable to insure their return business. Let's just say I had two frozen-grouchy kids by the time we got to cash register- when it was my turn to pay- I was made to wait as the two ladies sitting at booth by register handed their ticket and card to waitress and she took their money and made me wait. I can assure you - We Won't Be Eating here again.
Our waitress was great and quick. The food arrived fast and was tasty as always. The cook, Major, came to check on us and takes a lot of pride in his work which is so good to see!
Food rushed and order wrong … take your time . This is unprofessional. Too annoyed to even go back. There are more Waffle House locations to visit.
